THE CLASH

Abel was so furious on how he was loosing the car race to Kourtney, he started going against the rule of the game and tried causing a fatal accident by hitting Kourtney's car from behind, from the side and so on, but Kourtney being good at car racing got a hold of the car she was driving and manovered Abel's tricks and staunt to make her fail and to also make her get seriously injured or even killed at the game , she got to the finish line first and winning the game. Those on cheering her and Mark rushed to the finished line as they were proud of her, Mark's girlfriend wasn't happy as everyone was cheering Kourtney including her friends. Everyone on their team was cheering and happy and Abel's team members were extremely furious, not just because they lost the game but that they lost it to Mark's sister, a newbie and moreso a woman.. Mark feeling proud of his step sister stood in front of his sister to protect her from any physical outburst from Abel.

Mark confronted Abel on how he went completely off the rules of the game and almost killed his sister, Abel got angry and told him that technically he didn't lose the game as Mark wasn't the person who raced with him and that too was against the rule of the game.

Abel proceeded to telling Mark that as part of going against the rule of the game, Mark should render his car used for racing over to them as the penalty for letting his sister step into the game , as that was the rule.

Mark grew cold and became quite as what Abel said was true and bound to happen as that was the rule of the game, Mark tried appealing to Abel , so they can take the race again as Kourtney isn't part of the group, she only came to party and hangout with him, but all those plea fell on deaf ears as Abel and his team members were ready to fight.. Mark who did not want any of the fight , removed his key from the car's ignition and gave it to Abel.

Kourtney seeing what has happened as a result of her driving the car, she was so sad and furious, and she was making appeals to Mark and promising Mark that she's going to get the car back for him, or probably get a job so she could buy the car back for him, she just didn't know what to say, and Mark knew she didn't know the rules of the game and as such , she did what she did out of ignorance and to show that she is good at something outside being rude and sassy.

As they turned around to go back , Abel said to Mark, "next time put your dog under a leash " and that word was what broke the camel's back, as Mark has been trying to hold himself from fighting, but he couldn't anymore, Mark turned around and gave Abel a hit on his face with his fist, immediately that happened,Abel and Mark started fighting as well as Abel's member cult group started fighting Mark's member cult group and friends .As that was going on, Kourtney immediately put her two hands on her ears bends down as she started having flashback of terrible memories of her dad hitting her mom, as those terrible memories does not allow her be around violence, or any form of fighting. Mark who was still fighting, was shocked to see her that way, instead of fighting as others are.. he immediately called out one of his friend to go get the car, that his friend immediately hurried to get the car and Mark with his closest friends, inclusive of his girlfriend, Kourtney, Diana and Diana's boyfriend fled the scene and as the car starts moving, Kourtney turned back to see where they just left, only for her to see Abel pointing a gun at the car but his bullet missed his target as the car wasn't moving on a smooth and straight path.

As days and weeks goes by, Mark getting to know Kourtney was already in love with her personality but keeps reminding himself that Kourtney is his new sister, but that didn't change how he felt, as he couldn't hold himself, or stop himself from being wherever Kourtney was.

Kourtney was washing her mother's old car in the car park, Mark went to sit close by to watch her, as Kourtney saw Mark,she started being goofy and using the water hose to pour on her body as they joked over recent events, there and then Kourtney knew she was also falling for her step brother.. not quite long Grace, Kourtney's mother drove in all smiling as she was happy seeing Kourtney and Mark laughing and talking over something, she was just glad seeing them bond, but not yet aware they're already falling for each other. Grace walked up to Kourtney and asked her to guess the surprise she got for her, Kourtney tried guessing but couldn't guess right , Grace asked Kourtney to close her eyes, as she did that, Grace gave Jake a sign to come out from the car, as he was hiding at the back seat , as Jake stepped out , he was so excited to see Kourtney again, as he rushed to hug Kourtney. Kourtney opened her eyes to the rude shock, as she shoved him away with a cold smile .. Grace not knowing what has happened in the recent past, was surprised at Kourtney's attitude towards Jake, as she had thought in her mind that Kourtney would have been all over the place and allover Jake expressing her happiness and excitement for seeing Jake after a long while , especially as she wasn't expecting him, alas , the reverse was the case when Kourtney became cold and gave Mark a sign to leave the car park as not to allow Jake remember the kiss picture and expose their little secret.

Grace was terribly disturbed as she expressed her disappointment to Derek her husband, on how she expected Kourtney to be happy seeing her boyfriend she hasn't seen in a long while, only for her to immediately grow cold on seeing Jake… Grace was greatly disturbed, as she blames herself for going that far to please Kourtney. Unknown to Grace the many events that has gone on between Jake and Kourtney.

A party was thrown at the house , Diana was confused as Jake was there at the house, as she had seen him once on that picture he sent to Kourtney kissing Kourtney's ex best friend, and knowing fully well what had grown between Mark and Kourtney , Diana wasn't happy Jake was at the party , or even at the house there. Meanwhile, Kourtney has been trying to keep Mark and Jake from seeing face to face, as she feared Jake could remember him from the picture. It was a difficult task, as Mark knowing what Kourtney was trying to do, he always pops out unexpectedly even in conversations between Jake and Kourtney, while still trying to hide his face..he could fall into the swimming pool , or being pushed into the pool by Kourtney playfully, all in a bid to prevent Jake from seeing Mark's face.

Jake didn't understand what was going on , as he keeps trying to meet Mark as the new step brother and introduce himself as Kourtney's boyfriend , not knowing they are already in love.

While still playing the hide and seek game, Mark's girlfriend showed up at the house party , as he saw her coming in , he asked her what she was doing there, as he didn't invite her for the party, as they were still having that argument over showing up where she isn't invited as this is a family event and only few friends were invited ! She got angry and insisted on staying as she would soon be married into the family and be considered family, so he could as well consider her family now.. Mark who was upset forgot about the hide game for a moment and Jake hurriedly went to exchange pleasantries with Mark, and to introduce himself, only to find out he was the boy who was in the picture kissing Kourtney.. he was confused and went to meet Kourtney to ask if he was mistaken and was wrong, but Kourtney affirmed his fears and asked him if he didn't do same by sending her a picture kissing her best friend ? Jake was sorry that happened as he wanted to fix his relationship with Kourtney , but Kourtney isn't in love with him anymore.

Jake asked Kourtney if Grace her mother is aware of the relationship between herself and Mark? And did they approve of their relationship?

Kourtney asked Jake to never let her mother know and pending till the time he leaves and get back to his city.

Knowing fully well Kourtney's love has departed him, Jake tries so hard to gain back her love.. by sending her bouquets of flowers especially when they're all sitted at the dinning to spite Mark and make him feel jealous.

One of these days , Grace received a bouquet meant for Kourtney, she gave it to Kourtney smiling and giving compliments as they were all sitted at the dinning. Kourtney opened the letter attached to the bouquet it says "I am coming for you" , " I can wait to watch you pay".. those words were disturbing as she dragged Jake out of the dinning room to go ask him why he sent the flowers with such terrifying words, Jake denied sending her that particular flowers and why would he give such inscriptions? Knowing fully well, he's sorry for his wrong doing and just want her back.

Kourtney was immediately taken back to the court room in her thoughts her father's last words as he was dragged out of the court room.. but same words were used by Abel too.. could it be Abel? Or her father who has sent this bouquet to her? Is he out of prison ?
