The pack was alerted that there were trespassers with evil objectives in their surroundings, so the party quickly came to a standstill and they commenced searching for the infiltrators.

Alpha William and the intruder Alpha fought in wolf form and it was very brutal. However, it seemed that Williams was on the losing end. Both were in the forest and no one was with them.

But close to the fighting duo was a figure covered in a red hood, holding a black staff with the symbol of a serpent at the tip.

From the person's chuckle, it was a woman.

"Taste my powers, loser William." the mysterious woman said and began chanting words in a strange language.

Immediately, the intruder Alpha gained three times more strength and he beat William so badly that he transformed back into human form, completely naked. The intruder Alpha did the same and walked around William in glee.

"Hahahaha! Now I'm the third strongest," he yelled in delight.

"Why did you come to my pack and hurt my Beta? You disrupted my party and frightened my Luna." William spoke with difficulty. "I admit defeat. From now on, you are the third strongest Alpha. Please leave with your minions."

"Nope! I'm here to m******e your pack in front of you." the intruder Alpha refused. At this moment, the woman in a red hood walked over to them and patted the intruder Alpha on the shoulder.

"How do you feel now, William?" she asked, removing her hood in the process.

"Leena Bartley?" William gasped. He pointed at her with his bloodied, trembling left hand. "You... You...Why are you here, Leena?"

"Of course, I can be anywhere I choose to be! Glad you remembered me. I'm the slutty girl whom you slept with that day. I'm carrying your child." she announced with a smile.

"No, the girl had blonde hair and I killed her and that witch. I never touched you ever." William protested.

"Well, you'd slept with me before the girl you saw when the spell wore off. That girl and witch you killed are my subordinates. You are very good in bed, William. I allied with the 10th ranked Alpha George of the 'Nine Horns Pack' in exchange for you. You know, you've been thoroughly weakened since the day you slept with me. Your pack members are like chickens now. Easy to slaughter! How do you like my present, honey?" she asked while caressing her staff.

"You... How dare you do such a thing?" William said in ire. He just couldn't believe his ears.

"Hahaha!" she laughed evilly and her staff lit up with red light.

"You have one chance. Will you come and fulfil your duties as my child's father or you can stay with your barren tree of a Luna and never be able to fully shift on the full moon or wear clothes again?" she asked.

"I chose the latter," Williams said through gritted teeth.

"So shall it be!" she declared and the red light left her staff and entered William's body.

He felt agonising pain. His legs numbed and he became a head shorter. His hair fell out till he became bald and one of his eyes remained red. His canines remained, and he lost his six packs. His back became like a hunchback's

"Enjoy a life of being a nudist," Leena said and laughed hysterically.

Shoo-oo-o!

As she was about to leave with Alpha George, an eerie wind blew past and the surrounding trees howled.

A figure wearing a black hood and holding a pink scepter with the symbol of a dragon at its tip spoke from a very high tree. "How lousy your skills are, Mage Leena. Alpha George, you are shortsighted too. Such a weak mage and you are all over the moon. I guess you didn't do your homework well, right? Your minions have been all beheaded and lest I forget, I believed your balls were good for nothing, so I made them only useful for peeing. I can't believe how generous I am when you don't even deserve it. Oh, my!" the figure laughed.

"You... who are you?" Alpha George was both scared and doubtful if this stranger's words were true.

"You don't deserve to know me." the figure replied. A tree branch elongated and hit George 5 times on the left side of his face, causing him to fall to his knees in terror.

"I'm here to protect the White Flame Pack." the figure's scepter shone with a bright golden light and a ball of lightning came from the sky and crushed Leena's wand to bits.

She was dumbfounded and gazed at the figure on the tree with trepidation. She then dropped to her knees and pleaded for mercy, kowtowing and banging her head on the ground without stopping. This anonymous mage is clearly the ruler of all mages. Her flying scepter was enough testimony!

"Wow! I didn't know you could beg. Continue your show 'till I'm satisfied." the figure's scepter shone again and a golden light surrounded Alpha William. When it dimmed, he was back to normal and looked even better than before. He had no injuries!

"From the start, it was a one-sided battle. Now that the battle is fair, you two can fight. Both of you, shift." the figure commanded.

Both Alphas felt a compelling force that made them shift into their wolf form. They then pounced on each other at her order. This time, Williams won easily and ended up killing Alpha George.

"Oh, my! You're so fierce, Alpha Williams." the figure praised and then turned to face the scared lady who hadn't stopped hitting her head on the ground. She didn't want to die. She had to survive even if she became ugly.

"Now, let's talk Leena honey. You have one chance. Will you confess who's the true father or you can die with the secret?" the figure asked.

"I..." Leena raised her head to stare at William but his facial expression made her kowtow again. After mustering enough courage in her heart, she told the whole truth. Turns out he wasn't the father of her child but someone else. When she saw him, she liked him and made advances towards him while on his recent mission, but he rejected her. So she came up with a plan to cast a spell on him and enjoy him. Then she had her subordinates pose as the villains and he killed them.

"You vile spawn..." Williams was so mad.

Leena raised her head, wanting to plead but his next words shut her up but she didn't kowtow.

"How dare you? How will I explain to my Luna that I slept with two bitches that day? And how dare you pin a bastard on me as a responsibility? B*tch!" he slapped Leena, who did not resist.

She knew she had lost the moment that figure on the tree appeared. All her efforts were in vain!

At this moment, the Beta and some pack warriors of White Flame came over in human form.

Bruce Jades, the Beta, covered William with a blanket and stared at the late Alpha who r*ped him earlier. He kicked the body mercilessly especially his balls until they became meat paste.

The other pack warriors just stared at him in perplexity. William walked to him and calmed him down.

"It's fine, Bruce. It's all over!" he whispered and Bruce nodded, breathing out heavily. He then stared at Leena. "You are that shameless human girl. What are you doing here?"

"She's a mage!" William corrected.

Bruce gasped. "Mage? They are so rare. *to Leena* You really are one?"

Leena nodded.

Why is she kneeling?" Bruce asked.

"She helped that Alpha intrude into the pack unnoticed and almost killed me. Thanks to... eh? Where is she?" William could no longer see that figure on the tree branch.

"Who?" Bruce asked while staring at the tree William was pointing to.

"A stronger mage helped us out. It seems he doesn't want to be known but..." William then knelt towards the tree and bowed. "Whoever you are... Thanks a lot. I will do whatever I can as long as you demand it according to your wish." he swore.

"Take her away to the dungeon," William said and quickly transformed into his blue wolf. He shook his fur and ran towards the pack. After all this, he just wanted to see his Luna.

After they all left, the figure appeared on the tree and took down her hood. Her silvery white hair shone and her eyes were completely gold and emitted light. A lotus vermilion mark was on her forehead.

Her cherry lips parted and formed a smirk.

"That's right! I must protect my mate, hehe!" she fiddled with her long braided hair for a few minutes and then vanished.

Williams opened the door to their matrimonial bedroom and when he saw his wife, he couldn't help but kiss her till they ran out of breath.

"I want to be able to wake up next to you. I almost never saw you again," he stated and hugged her again.

"Dear husband, meeting you was the best moment of my life," Mira said and touched his lips. "They are mine alone, okay?"

"Yes, Ma'am. Oh right, I wanna say something..."

"Ssh! Relax, I trust you," she said before kissing him.

Soon, they went under the blanket, forcing the bed to creak and dance.

It was gonna be a wonderful night!
