I opened the door quietly and walked up to her. Caressing her hair and face. I knew this was sort of creepy, but I had to see her one last time. I had to forgo my happiness and make the right decision for her.
Hopefully, her enemies will decrease when they hear she is no longer a Salvatore.
I placed a soft kiss on her forehead head, stared at her close blue eyes and waited outside. Once she wakes up, I would call Jeremy and leave.
I do not deserve her. She deserved someone who would take good care of her and give her peace, not problems.
