Chapter 5: Girls day out!

Sarah woke me up early the next morning and did our daily routines. We had breakfast with the family around 8am and rushed to my new lamborghini.
"I have a few things in mind that we should do," Sarah said with a grin "first, you and I are going to grab a few snacks in town and then go shopping. We will have lunch at a new exclusive restaurant which I have been dying to go to. And after lunch, more shopping!"
"As you wish, your majesty!" I said as I opened the car door for her, "please get in and I'll will drive you to any destination you would like!" my voice was laced with sarcasm and I did an over exaggerated bow
Sarah let out a hearty laugh and got in the car
"Damn, and I thought I was the dramatic one!" she said and we both laughed as I drove the car out of the Zolansky mansion.
We spent the rest of the day shopping, eating ice cream and other snacks like that.
when it started to get dark out, we decided to make a stop at a pizzeria before we head home.
we placed our orders and sat at a table near the window. At the corner of my eye, I saw to two odd looking men dressed in black a few tables away from us looking over at our table every now and then but I decided to ignore it for the time being as the pizza we order arrived.
As I ate, I had a feeling that someone was watching us and sure enough it was the same guys from earlier.
I asked Sarah if she had noticed then too
"Yes, and there are three more men right behind you," she said in a low serious tone which I wasn't used to hearing. I wanted to turn around to see them but she stopped me.
"Don't turn around, pretend you haven't noticed them and call the waiter for the bill. Be on high alert and keep your guard up" I was a bit confused by her words but I did as she said.
We exited the pizzeria after paying the bill but as we were about to get to my car, the men showed up and one of them grabbed Sarah's arm but she quickly turned and kicked him right in the crotch "Don't you dare try to touch me again!" she yelled fiercely as he let her go
The other men started to run towards us with angry faces. we were outnumbered. I started to pray for a miracle as there was no way we could win this fight against these men.
Just as I had landed my first punch to one of the attackers, I heard a familiar voice somewhere near me saying, "Didn't anyone tell you that it's not good to attack defenceless ladies?"
I turned my head to the direction of the voice and I saw him, Alexander Martinez. Never in my life was i so glad to see anyone, then I noticed another man about the same height as Alexander's.
Alexander had silky short styled black hair and the most gorgeous hazel brown eyes I have ever seen. His skin was perfectly tanned and his Greek god-like sculpted face had a freshly cut stubble, almost making me forget about the situation were in.
The other guy he came with was in my opinion a little less muscular with brown side-shaved hair.
He had an edgy appearance and the scar on his left eyesbrow made him look really intimidating.
"focus, Natasha! you're supposed to be trying to stay alive!" i reminded myself
Alexander and the other guy quickly started fighting three of the five attacker while I and Sarah were fighting the other two.
it was at this moment that I appreciated the fighting lessons in had with Sarah.
The goons finally gave up and made a run for it after a serious beating from us.
"Are you ladies alright?" Alexander asked, his voice was calm but I could see the concern in his eyes
"We are fine now thanks to you guys, we owe you big time!" I said as a sigh of relief left my lips.
He chuckled lightly. " I could drive you home if you'd like. where's your car?" he asked
"That one right over there and thanks for the offer, I'm sure Sarah here is just as tired as I am"
"Actually, " Sarah spoke," I think I'm more tired than you are right now but enough about us, how are you guys? I hope you didn't get hurt"
She looked up at Alexander and then the other guy, "I'm sorry but I didn't catch your name, I'm Sarah by the way."
"My name is Lorenzo. it's a pleasure to meet you Sarah and Natasha, and don't worry about me, I'm all good." Lorenzo flashed us a friendly smile.
"uhmm, since Natasha's car can only carry two passengers, I'll ride with her and Lorenzo can follow behind with Sarah in our car." Alexander said and we all agreed.
The drive back home was short but a few meters away from my home, Alexander stopped as he received a text message.
"I have to go now princess" he said, his face looking at little gloomy
"Why? I'm sure my parents wouldn't mind if you were to park the car and say hello."
"I wish I could but I can't. I have to attend to something really important. I'm really sorry, Princess." he said with an apologetic look on his face.
I smiled at him and said, "Alright"
I took over the drivers seat and Sarah hopped in
but before I could start the engine, Alexander spoke, "I could make it up to you tomorrow afternoon if you'll let me take you out for lunch" he shot me one of his charming smiles again
This could be a great opportunity to learn a thing or two about this mysterious man
"sound good to me" I replied
"Great, I'll pick you up say around 1 pm and here's my number, call me when ever you feel like it."
"Alright, see you tomorrow, Mr Martinez." I said
" Good night, Princess" he waved at me.
