Once Bitten

Coming together

Adam stepped out of the shower and took a deep breath. After getting himself clean, he felt so much better than he had when he had sauce all over himself. He moved over towards the mirror over the sink as he dried himself off. After his body was thoroughly dried, he then used the towel to dry off the mirror. As he began to get dressed, Adam's thoughts roamed to what had occurred right after the sauce incident.

For one, James had tried his best not to laugh at his sauce-covered mate. Point to him for not being a jerk. He also helped Adam back to his feet. Then he proceeded to walk the other man out of the store. Once outside, James offered to give his mate a ride back to his house. But Adam declined but then offered the Alpha to join him at his house by following him home. This had made James' face light up with happiness.

Once back at Adam's and Sebastian's home, Adam had directed James to the living room and told him to make himself at home while he bathed. Taking in a deep breath as he left the bathroom, Adam was unsure of what he was gonna see when he rejoined his mate. His only hope was that the Alpha had found something to get his attention.

Once entering the room, Adam's gaze fell on the male that sat on the couch staring at his phone. Eyes roamed all over the body of his dominant mate and he had to take in a deep breath to steady himself. After a deep swallow, Adam made a sound to get the other man's attention.

" Sorry for keeping you waiting." Adam said, then took a seat next to his mate. His body was shaking a bit with nerves.

" Have you thought over what we talked about?" James asked him with a soft smile.

Adam had to think about what the other was referring to. His mind was a bit blank as he tried to think. As his mind tried to think about what the conversation was, his eyes landed on the full pink lips he was dying to feel again. As his gaze took in the sight, a pink tongue poked out to slide across the bottom lip. That caused Adam's body to react to the desire to have his mate so near.

After a few moments of Adam not answering him, James moved his hand over to touch his mates. James longed to do more, but after the scene that had played out earlier, he felt that he needed to move a bit more slowly. The last thing he wanted was for his mate to deny moving in with him where he and his boy belonged.

" I would love for you and our son to move into the Alpha suite with me at the packhouse. After all, you are my Luna and have a responsibility for our pack. You do not have to worry about money or anything else, because I will protect and provide for you both." He said with a smile.

This statement both filled Adam with happiness and rage. For one, he could provide for himself and his son just fine. But he also knew that James was right. He did have a job as Luna to do for the pact and it was important. Adam also knew and did want for him and his mate to get closer and be able to raise their son together as a family. He also deep down wanted more kids in the future. He longed to hold his Alpha close to him an feel those muscled arms wrap around him.

" Yes, we will move in. I just need to get some boxes and I can donate all the furniture we don't need.:

" I can help you if you want. Just let me know when and I will be here." James said, and moved his body closer.

" I can grab some boxes from work and let my boss know tomorrow that I am quitting. " Adam said, and found himself also moving closer.

Soon the men found themselves locked in a hot passionate kiss. Hands gripping each other and touching the other as if they were afraid the other would disappear.
