This Is What Happened

Walking towards the Alpha's office holding my sweet boy in my arms, I straightened my back to prepare myself. Wondering if James saw what was going on and why he had told me and that harlot to clean up the kitchen. I had nothing against cleaning if it was my fault. But in this case, it was both of our faults. But she was crazy. I kept biting my lower lip as thoughts swirled in my head. Sebby was asleep at least. I found myself reflecting that now, at seven months, he had grown much heavier. I swear kids grow so fast. I recalled how tiny he used to be.

After reaching the door, I knocked. It was a balancing act to hold my child and knock. I told myself that I would soon be a pro at being able to do both. I mean maybe I just needed to start to use the packhouse gym. I found myself liking that idea. In my mind, I was more muscled and losing the rest of the belly fat I had.

" Enter" Came the sexy deep voice from the other side.

As I entered, I saw to my surprise that the Beta had beaten me there. He must have shown up when I had to change a certain young pup's diaper. James sat at his big oak desk in his chair. His hands formed a triangle near his chin. I have to admit that he was so sexy it always blew my mind. Even after living here for a while, we have yet to make love again. Can't say that it was not something I did not want to do though.

" So I cleaned the room like you asked Alpha," I said, keeping my voice calm and using his title.

" Adam, you know you do not have to use my title. You should know that you can call me just James. I, however, would love to learn what exactly happened. " He then moved his hand towards the only chair not being used. I moved over there and sat down.

Soon as my butt hit the chair, Sebby let out a small whine. I then bounced him a bit and nuzzled him.

" Shh sweet boy, Daddy's got you. I got you, Seb." I whispered to him as he soon fell back to sleep. I lifted my gaze and found James staring at the boy like he was a precious gem. Which of course he was.

" Ok, so I wanted to bake a few things. Then that girl and her friends showed up and wanted to fight over if you liked d**k or not. I was then informed that I used some potion on you...I don't even know any witches, but yeah whatever. Then the magic of her craziness took over and I retaliated in kind. Which caused a mess. I might add that I started to clean up before you demanded us to do so. But yeah, she attacked me once again, then I was left to clean it all up with only Sebastion there to help. Lucky me, the Beta joined me and his mate, so I did have some help towards the end."

" I asked if she attacked you and you said no!!" James said, his expression now hard.

" No, you asked if she attacked her Luna...In her mind no she did not. Cause she does not see me as such. She and her friends still think that Juliette is your true Luna."

" Bullshit!!" James now said, slamming his hands down on his desk. Thus, waking up the baby I held. I could not help but give my mate my best death stare. How dare he lose his s**t and wake up the babe. I mean, it's not like he had to deal with the bitches.

" OK, so now you just scared our son, congrats, James," I said, standing up and holding the crying child to my chest. " Maybe get a handle on yourself before we talk more. I need to get him calmed down." I began to leave, only to have a hand grab my left shoulder before I could exit the room.

" I'm sorry," James said, sounding mournful. He then reached for the crying child. I handed Sebby over, wondering if his Alpha father could calm him down.

James leaned down more so he held the boy tight against him. " Sorry, papa lost his temper. Please forgive me, my son." He said, rocking back and forth.

" Alpha James, there has been gossip being spread about the accusations that Alpha Mate Adam said those women expressed." Beta Josh informed him. Until that moment, I had forgotten all about him being there.

" I told them to also come here when the cleaning was finished but they failed that. Find them and bring them to me. I think a discussion is to be had. " He said as our son fell back to sleep in his arms. He then handed him to me.

" For now, Adam maybe it would be best if you both went back to the Suite." He said in a softer voice.

" Yeah, after all this, I could use a nap."

Then I and Sebby left the office to go to our suite. I had a feeling though that this was not the end. People were gonna have to get over the fact that our once straight Alpha is now mated to a male. Also, that male is me and now that he claimed me I am not letting go till I die. Not like we could let each other go now that our bond was fully in place. Once I had Sebby in his crib, I went and laid down in the master bedroom. Pulling James's pillow over to my face and taking in a deep breath of his scent. I soon fell asleep.
