Chapter 13

Laney

After hearing my mother talk about who I am, and then watching my father leave and then shift. I am scared, looking at Damien. I hope that this doesn't scare him away.

'Nia, do you think all this will scare Damien away and he will reject us?' I asked Nia desperately. 'No, look at him, he seems to care a lot and I feel like he knew who we were before we did.' Nia told me.

Staring at Damien, looking at his facial expression, I noticed that he wasn't really surprised by any of this.

"Damien, did you know?" I asked Damien.

Damien looked at me with sincere eyes, "Yes, I know."

"How long?" I asked him, scared of what he might say.

"Since your 16th birthday," he told me.

I couldn't breathe, I felt like I was having a small heart attack.

'He has known since my 16th birthday, he let his father treat me like I was nothing.'

'Laney, calm down. He has a reason for what he did. Remember he does everything to protect us.'

Nia is right. I am not upset with him, or anyone. I just wish that I wasn't kept in the dark from the beginning.

I stand and face Damien and grab his hand to stand him up. I hug him so tight and kiss his mark.

"Hmm. Cough" I look over at my mother, she is staring and smiling so wide.

"I am so happy that the two of you have found each other. Damien protect her with your like, and Laney trust in him."

We both nod and smile at her and watch her get up and head out of the cottage.

I pull away from Damien and take his hand and pull he towards me as I head to our bedroom.

Once in the bedroom, Damien took over and just pushed me against the door and started kissing me hungrily. I kissed back trying so hard to catch up. He smiled against my lips then moved down to my jaw and neck, down to my shoulder then back up to my mark.

"Aaahhh," I just couldn't hold it in. Damien Smirks then grabs my waist and lifts me, I wrap my legs around him and stare straight in his eyes, smiling, 'mate is so handsome,' said Nia. I nod and just went for his lips.

Damien headed to the bed and laid me down gently. He then stood up and I felt a cold breeze between us, and I frowned. He smiled and started taking off his clothes then moved to me and started removing mine from my top to my bottoms. Once my pants were removed, Damien lifted my foot and started kissing my ankle on one leg then moved to other he then stayed on one side and started to go up slowly. Sparks were just flying through my whole body, once he reached my inner thighs he stayed and I left his tongue around my mound he then linked his finger around my underwear and pulled them down, he spread my legs and I felt warmth and sparks between my legs. I was on fire. "Damien, please.. Oh!" I grabbed hold of the pillow under my head and tossed it over my face. "AAHHH" I moaned so loudly in my pillow. I wanted to release, I was so close.

All of a sudden I hear Damien "Not yet, don't release till I tell you."

I moved the pillow from my face and tossed it. "Damien, I don't think that I can hold it, Please." I grabbed the side of the bed.

Damien soon stopped and then started kissing and sucking one of my n*****s and then moved to the other and I soon all of a sudden feel his shaft push inside me. Without warning, it sting and bit and then soon turned to great pleasure. He moved so fast and fierce. "Damien, don't stop."

Damien starts to move faster and harder. Hearing him grunt and moan just make me release. When Damien feels it he soon moves faster and harder and looks at me with a 'I told you not to release, and you did' look. I scream and moan and soon Damien releases. Damien collapses on me, and we are both breathing heavily. Damien sits up on his elbows and kisses my forehead and nose then lips. He smiles and I smile back. We both sit up and lean against the headboard. I get up and head to the bathroom to do my business and once done, I start the shower.

I soon hear the door open and there in all his glory was my mate looking so hot and with a smile I look at him up and down like I am studying him, I then turn and walk in the shower. I put my hand out of the shower door and move my finger towards him motioning for him to join me. Damien walks in and wraps his arms around my waist. Then pushed my hips towards his hardness and I gasp as his hands grab my ass and then lifts me up and on instinct I wrap my legs around his waist and he pushes me softly against the shower wall as the water is beating down on the both of us he soon enters in me roughly and pounds into me. I lift my arm up to grab the top of the shower wall indent, my other wrapped around Damien's neck holding on for dear life. Damien sucking on my mark, "OOHH.." My mouth opened and moaning Damien grunting and soon we both release together.

So exhausted to even stand, Damien keeps me in his arms, he turns the water off and steps out with me still wrapped around him. He sets me down on the bathroom counter then goes to get a wash cloth and towels, then moves to the shower and grabs soap. So exhausted and not realizing that he got the wash cloth wet and added soap and soon he has washing me, it felt so good I was so tired. Once dried Damien picked me up and took me to the bed, laid me down then dried himself and got into bed with me. We both looked at the time and it was only 2 in the afternoon. Damien wraps his arms around my me and pulls me close, my head resting on his chest. I feel so alive and at ease but also so exhausted I close me eyes and fall asleep.

After Laney finally falls asleep I mind link Charlie and tell him to meet me in my office in 5 mins.

I soon get up and get a full shower and start to get ready, I have a lot to do before Laney shifts tonight.

After I am completely dressed, I head over to a sleeping Laney and kiss her on the forehead. I then write her a note letting he know if she wakes up and I am not back that I am in my office to get things ready for her shift. I place the note on the table next the bed. Then leave.

I walk into the Pack house back door, that goes through the kitchen and I see Lauren, the omega that Laney wanted moved to the kitchen. Getting things for dinner prepped and cleaning the kitchen up to Laney's standards. Lauren sees me and bows her head, "Hey Lauren, everything looks great. Laney will be so proud." I told her then grabbed an orange that was sitting on the bar and walked up to my office and noticed Charlie there sitting on the couch reading a magazine that was on my table.

"Hey man, how is everything?" Started Charlie, while placing the magazine on the table and then getting up and walking to the mini bar I have on the right side of my desk. Pouring us both a drink. He hands one to me and we both cheers and gulp down the drink. Being a werewolf it is hard to get drunk, but we enjoy to try.

"Laney shifts tonight. I don't want her first shift to be with the pack, I want us to this alone. I need you to make sure that everyone is on the South west side of the pack. Laney and I will be be on the Northwest side of the Pack closer to the caves. Please man. This is important." I told Charlie, "Okay. Whatever you need man." Charlie said then puts his glass back on the bar and then grabs mine and puts it back on the bar as well.

"Thank you, I promise after Laney's first shift I will explain everything to you." I told Charlie. I then turned on my computer and got things ready for work.

"I know man, you both need this anyway." Said Charlie. He soon walked out of my office to get things prepped for tonight.

I know I can always trust Charlie, he will soon be my Beta.

I open my email and see 2 unread emails from the Council. 'I wonder what they want?' I told Aiden.

I soon open the emails and I can't believe what I am reading.
