A Night Out

Chapter 4: A Night Out Ava walked for a while, enjoying the cool evening air and the sound of the waves crashing against the shore. She felt a sense of freedom and release, away from the tension and stress of her life with Julian. As she walked, she stumbled upon a small music venue. She could hear the sound of music coming from inside, and she felt a sudden urge to go in and listen. She pushed open the door and slipped inside, her eyes adjusting to the dim light. The music was loud and energetic, and Ava felt herself getting caught up in the rhythm. As she looked around, she spotted Liam on stage, his guitar slung over his shoulder. He caught her eye and smiled, and Ava felt a rush of excitement. She watched the rest of the show, mesmerized by Liam's music and energy. When the show finally ended, Ava felt a pang of disappointment. But then Liam spotted her and made his way over. "Hey, Ava," he said, grinning. "I didn't know you were coming to the show." Ava smiled. "I just stumbled upon the venue. You were amazing up there." Liam's eyes crinkled at the corners as he smiled. "Thanks, Ava. That means a lot coming from you." As they chatted, Ava felt a sense of ease and comfort that she hadn't felt in a long time. She realized that she had missed Liam, and that she was happy to have him back in her life. But as the night wore on, Ava knew that she had to be careful. She was engaged to Julian, and she couldn't let her feelings for Liam get in the way. Or could she?
