She must have been holding on too hard, because she heard some books drop to the floor, then she heard Barrett curse, “Crazy b***h,” he hissed. He was going to hit her when they heard a knock on the door. The knock startled both Lewis and Barrett, and they stared at themselves for a brief moment, then the knock came again, a little hastily this time, and Gabriella saw it as her opportunity to shout. “Help,” She screamed at the top of her voice but Lewis blocked her mouth with his palms and she bit him so hard.
