Today is the day. I smile to myself; it feels nice to be helping others again rather than being a hindrance.
I stand in the clearing near the edge of the pack, it was the best place for housing the Bic Pack as it was the only big piece of land, we have that is clear.
Around me is the make-shift houses, medical tent and other tents offering services and aid to the Bic pack members for when they arrive. Everything has been prepared this side, I just hope that today goes off without a hitch.
