I was unwanted, that was clear. I wasn't surprised by Old Mrs Kingston’s reply but it didn't mean that it wouldn't hurt, especially with Andrew Lin shooting me that smirk of his that definitely didn't help my case.
Time passed with each second and I looked from the window to the dining table. It was getting darker outside and even though I had gotten a nice suite in one of the sprawling hotels out there, I was moved by the thought of staying here overnight.
