Chapter 12

Allen's pov

I woke up and inhaled Arthur's salted caramel sent.

"mmmm still not a dream." I mumbled

This prompted a deep kiss from Arthur that sent tingles all over my body. He broke the kiss and climbed out of bed.

"Come on my love, I thought today I would introduce you to the rest of the pack.. well at least the ranking members."

"You're gonna kiss me like that and the walk away." I pouted

Arthur just chuckled and walked into the bathroom, I quickly followed. We got ready for the day it took a bit because we ended up going a few rounds in the shower, but soon we were dressed and ready to go. I wore jeans and a tank top, and Arthur jeans and a t-shirt nothing fancy today. As we head down the stairs Arthur calls out for the kids to come with us, while grabbing my hand and leading the way.

We walked a path through the packhouse that we had never taken before. I realized how little of the massive place I had actually seen. The kids were smiling and running ahead, they seemed to know where we were going. We went through a door which it turned out lead outside. we were standing in a beautiful yard area the pool was just around the corner, there was a huge grill and a space big enough for wolf pups to play. Along the side of the packhouse were a few tables in the shade one of them I noticed was filled with food and people. Arthur led me to this table.

"Good morning everyone." Arthur addressed the table.

"Good morning Alpha." the four people at the table smiled at my mate as they replied.

"This is my mate Allen, Allen this is Phil my gamma aling with his wife and gamma female Jenna. Alexies you already met, and his wife Nell she is the Beta female but also a vampire."

"Hello everyone." I said giving Alexies a little glare. "A vampire eh well very nice to meet you, lets be good friends." I finished by shaking everyone's hand starting with Nell, but skipping Alexies.

"I deserved that." Alexies pouted. " Luna you have me sincerest apologies I really do not know what came over me. I should be the last one to question a strange addition to the pack. When Nell showed up Arthur didn't even hesitate. He said if she is your mate she can stay."

"Honestally I think I would be cautious too if the roles were reversed, Your forgiven for now." I said with a chuckle.

The rest of breakfast was amazing the kids ran around the yard while I got to know my ranking members. Nell and I were going to be two peas in a pod we had everything in common, and Jenna and I got along great as well. Sitting in the shade chatting with these people seem so right to me so home. They already felt like a family, I guess this is what it means to be Luna.

"Have you thought about what you might want to do within the pack, other then r

being Luna of course."

"I have actually" Arthur look at me surprised. " I want to train with the warriors, I have been here a few days and this pack already feels like family. No one had judged me (except for alexies here I giggled he pouted), or harrased me. Everywhere I go I just get welcomes and smiles even among the ranking members

So I want to train, I want to protect them because I have never really felt at home before. I know that the feeling will only increase once I meet the whole pack and am officially Luna."

Everyone looked shocked but pleased. Arthur hesitated but smiled and said

"If that what my love wants, but you will be careful." he said and kissed my nose.

We spent the rest of the afternoon talking, laughing, and swimming. I love to swim I was really the only sport I could do before, but now It was even better. My strength and werewolf abilities made swimming just about the most enjoyable thing ever. Just about.

After swimming we went back inside for a short nap before dinner. Of course "Nap" really ment games with their friends for the kids and S*x for me and Arthur. I could not get enough of my mate and I was so happy. I should be scared to be a warrior and Luna but I just knew that this is what I was born for, and with Arthur by my side I could do anything. After 3 rounds we did end up taking a short nap.

I woke up before Arthur and disentangled myself from him. I wanted to make him dinner myself. I splashed water on my face and left the room quietly. I made it to the packhouse kitchen only taking one wrong turn.

I asked the kitchen omeges if it was OK for me to make dinner for my mate, They said it was no problem at all. I looked in the many fridges and cupboards and decided on chicken parm. I started chopping the ingredients and getting the sauce ready. About half a hour later I hear a slightly panicked Arthur in my head

"Where are you my love?"

I quickly thought " I'm in the kitchen."

Just a few minutes later I heard someone coming down the stairs much louder then would be expected. Arthur crashed through the kitchen door and wrapped his arms around me.

" Don't do that I thought I dreamed you." He whispered sounding legitimately scared.

"You're the one who keeps telling me not to worry, I came down to make you and the kids dinner. I promise I will wake you next time." He nodded but didn't let go.

"You know the omegas can do that?"

" I know but I express gratitude the best with food so im cooking for you."

Arthur smiled nodded and said "I will go get the kids for dinner." Kissed me smacked my a** and walked out of the kitchen.
