“Finally something I’m really good at, get ready to lose” he leaned into my face and I shrugged him off. “You’re still going to lose Old man” I sneered as I arranged the dice. He hates when I call him that, which is exactly why I call him that. The game ended late at night, and I won, again, “Arrgh this isn’t over, up for a rematch tomorrow?” He asked. “I don’t know, I’ve beaten you too many times already. I feel I should give you enough time to learn then face me when you’re better” I enjoyed teasing him, he took everything in, and that just made it easy to beat him. “WOW, I’ll wipe that smug look off your face tomorrow for sure this time” He helped me pack up the game and clean up. My Mom had already gone to bed hours ago, she knew it was going to take a while and she was exhausted anyway so she just went upstairs to bed. “Get enough rest, I don’t want any more excuses tomorrow old man” I laughed as I watched him go up the stairs. “I’ll be ready tomorrow, just watch” He waved his hands as he entered his room. I entered my room and washed my face before jumping on my bed to sleep. Leah is coming back tomorrow, so I won’t be as bored anymore. I yawned as I turned off the bedside lamp. I wonder what the update with Perry is, those were the last thoughts in my head as I fell asleep. ****** I woke up to someone tugging and pulling me out of bed, “Time to wake up sunshine, I’m ready for you” I heard the voice say as I squinted my eyes to see properly, it was Barry. I hissed and wiggled free from his hands “Dude what’s the problem, it’s still really early in the morning” I was between sleepy and pissed off. He let go of my hands and looked at me “Early? The time is 12:05 PM!” He shouted while waving his watch in my face. “Alright Alright Fine. I don’t understand why you’re so eager to lose anyway” I smiled as we walked down the stairs. He smiled, “I wouldn’t be too sure about that. I’ve been up practicing for hours, and I’m feeling good about this”. I saw my Mom watching Tv as we got downstairs. She looked at me and laughed “He really did drag you out of bed huh?” She looked at Barry and shook her head. “You better get him back for that” She ended as I continued walking, still sleepy. I looked at him as he walked to the kitchen. This dude really is serious, I guess all my years of teasing made him determined. “We’ll see about that then,” I said as I poured myself a glass of Orange Juice. He brought out the snakes and ladders box and we set it up. I checked the time as we started, “Bring it on, Old Man”. The game ended two hours later, he beat me all through. I looked up at him as he was grinning from ear to ear “You tried today. You dragged me up from bed so I can’t say I’m surprised at the outcome” I stood up and stretched. “Nope, you’re not taking this away from Me. I won” He crossed his arms as he continued, “I told you I was going to win”. “Whatever” I laughed as I cleared the table up. We heard the doorbell ring, that must be Leah. Mom went to open the door. I heard a scream and saw Leah jump at her as soon as she opened the door. “Look Who is back”
