Chapter 15~Concerts!
They were all leaving for the tour. They were flying to some hotel then they would all be preparing for the first concert. Selena was nervous and excited. She had missed Michael so much.
She had kept busy to keep Chris at bay until she figured out what she wanted for her life. Michael or Chris. They were landing in Washington late in the night. Then the concert was the next night.
Selena and Chris sat on the plane as she waited to land. Chris was snoring next to her on the flight out. It was a long flight. Selena still did not care to fly out.
But she should be used to it by now. The only thing getting her through this was the fact she soon was going to get to see Michael. She had been so busy all week promoting the new tour in Texas.
Her fans were super excited she was working with Michael. Their first concert was going to be over in Washington DC.
They were even having fireworks overhead. The stadium was huge. And Michael planned on singing her new song with her. She could hardly wait for the others to hear all of Michael's new music he was coming out with.
Before long they land. Selena felt excited. And she helps Chris get their luggage. Then they take a shuttle bus and head to the hotel. When they arrive in her room there were flowers there in her room.

"I wonder if the fans left these for us" Selena wonders.
Chris looks over at the card. "Nope from your biggest fan" he chuckles.
"Who then?" she wonders.
He hands her the card. It read MJ.
She smiled. He got her all her favorite flowers. They were so lovely. Then a call rings in the room. She goes to answer.
"Hello?" she replies.
"Selena you are here! Hi" Michael warmly greets her.
"Hey MJ" she happily answers.
"Do you like the room? Do you like the flowers?" he asks her.
"Oh they are all beautiful" she promises. "I love them thank you. The room is great"
"You are welcome" he says. "will you all join me for dinner? And then I can show you were we are having the big concert?" he asks her.
"Certainly. We would love to join you" she agrees. "Tell me where and when"
"I will meet you at your room. See you and Chris soon" he says.
"Michael you are the best!" she says before they hang up. "Michael is taking us all out to dinner"
"That is very nice of him" says Chris. She nods.
"I love this room. Don't you? You can see Washington from the deck" brags Selena. "what a view"
"I love it yes it is fantastic. What a place to party at" jokes Chris.
"Not here. Not now" warns Selena.
"I was teasing" Chris tells her.
Her family comes in.
"These rooms are great!" AB brags. "I love this hotel"
"Me to" agrees Suzette.

They head down to meet Michael for dinner in his room. Because if they actually went out he would get mobbed by fans. They all would get mobbed. There was a crowd outside his large hotel room there. But they guard allowed Selena and her family to come inside.
"Michael wow what a crowd out there how can you sleep with that?" worries Selena once they were inside.
"Selena hey, I try" he laughs as he greets them all with hug. He shakes hands with the men.
"Room service huh?" jokes Chris.
"It is the best" laughs Michael.
They all order dinner. Then Selena is seated between Michael and Chris. Suzette sits across from her. She smiles. And Selena smiles back at her.
Suzette winces making Selena feel badly inside. Chris grabs her knee Then makes her jump. Chris smiles over at her. He might as well pee on her and make it known she was his. That was what he was up to really.
"Chris not now" whispers Selena. She blushes.
"You look beautiful tonight. I can't help it" Chris whispers over to her.
"Thank you" says Selena gracefully. He nods.
They order their meal. Her parents look very impressed that Michael got the best wine from Mexico for them to enjoy. Though Selena herself was not really a drinker.
Chris did not have a drink. He knew it would upset Selena if he drank. He was behaving though. That was a good thing. After dinner Michael took them in his limo he had.
Then they went to the place where they were going to host the concert. The stage was huge. Selena looked around her on the stage.
Chris and the others were checking out the equipment and where they would be staged at. Selena looks all around her. Imagining the place filled with people. Nerves begin to jumble about inside of her.
So many seats. That would be so many people.
Wow!
A hand rested on her shoulder.

"Hey partner? You okay? Can you believe it?" Michael asks her.
She smiles over at him.
"No it is amazing" says Selena.
"Selena you look nervous" he tells her. "you sure you are ready for this?" he worries.
She notices it. A huge poster pf them together. The announcement. Of them performing. Pride swells in her heart. To be linked with such an amazing performer. She was truly excited about this.
"No you know I think I am okay" says Selena with a nod after seeing the poster of them.
"That is an amazing poster" Michael brags. "right?"
"Oh yes I love it" she tells him.
"We made up shirts. And other stuff. I plan on wearing the one outfit tomorrow night. The first one you had me try on" he tells her.
"Really?" she asks him.
"Really!" he says with a smile.
"Do you really love it or is it a bit to flashy?" she worries.
"No I mean what I say. I love it. I can't wait to wear it" Michael brags on her. Making her feel so pleased.
"I am so glad you like them" she sighs.
"I do. I can't wait for this concert. The fans are going to be blown away" he promises her.
She sure hoped he was right. She was nervous. But she was ready as long as he was at her side.
