For the millionth time, or more accurately, more times than I could count, I was patiently anticipating my death. After my meeting with Kaius the last time, I just knew it was a long time coming. In fact, it was a miracle how I'd stay alive this long and if I Wass being honest, I deserved a pat or two in the back. Thanks to Fredrick, I'd come in here blindly, with the faith that he was going to help me, but little did I know that I was so wrong. He hadn't helped a wink since I got here. It was almost like, since I'd poisoned Adrian, everything else was secondary to him. Maybe if he finally got the news that I was dead, it would spur him to action.
