Lexi's POV
I woke up the following day feeling energetic and refreshed. This was the first time in a long time since I slept without having any nightmares. I was fully aware of Mason laying beneath me. I opened my eyes and slowly raised my head to look up at him. He looked so peaceful with his eyes closed. I took a minute to appreciate his good looks. His long lashes curled and framed his face, some of his hair covered his face but his full eyebrows were still visible. How could a man look so.....beautiful? It was almost unbelievable. I slowly raised my hand with a smile to trace his nose and lips with it.
