I watched as Prof. James walked back and forth in front of the room explaining what's been going on lately. I like him so far. As he's explaining he doesn't pick a side and talk trash about the other. He gives facts about each side and what they think and I admire that. I truly don't care about people's political opinions unless they try and deflect those opinions on other people by using religion. That's the thing, you can't mix politics and religion.
I haven't made any friends yet in this class which is fine with me because everyone in here seems way too straight for my liking anyways.
The bell rang above my head making me groan a little. My head was still hurting for some reason and I just assumed I had a headache. I gathered my stuff and walked towards my next class. As I was walking Penny jumped on me making me smile. "Hey girly, what's up." She giggled her little cute laugh and shrugged her shoulders.
"Nothing. I just don't want to go to Literature. Ms. Rose scares me." I slightly smiled and put my arm around her waist.
"Don't worry. I won't let nothing happen to you." As we turned the corner I saw Ms. Rose standing by the door. Usually when teachers do this it's because they greet their students. She was merely glaring at them. As we came closer she caught my eyes and I cleared my throat and tried to avoid her gaze.
"Ms. Wilson. I'm going to need you to stay after class." She said as we were getting ready to enter. She looked directly at Penny and gave her a death glare, making her look down and go into the room without me.
"May I ask why?" Her grey eyes stared at me, more like into me. It was like she was looking into my soul. Thoughts of her being a vampire came to me.
"Because I said so. No go sit down." She said. I didn't even have the energy to argue with her and just walked in and went to go sit down with Penny.
Class started with nothing special. She collected everyone's papers and then hit us with something that we didn't expect. "If you score lower than a C you are immediately getting kicked out of my class." No one said anything but I could tell everyone was nervous and scared as s**t. "Now that shouldn't be a problem because you all should have put in effort." I wasn't worried because I didn't put in effort. I was worried because I don't know her standards for assignments.
Man do I miss rubrics right now.
Time went on very quickly. Today it was like she was less pissed than yesterday. Don't get me wrong, she was still yelling every five minutes but it wasn't very dumb crap like yesterday.
Every now and then when she would tell us to open a new page or something I would just stare at her. I think Jazz told me she was single which surprised me a little. She may be mean as hell but she's also very hot. And I mean that in the most least creepiest way. I could tell deep down somewhere there was a person who wanted to be love. That person is in all of us whether we admit it or not.
She was wearing a blue jacket with black jeans. Very different from yesterday but I liked it. Her black hair was tied into a ponytail and yet she still held power that could dominate anyone.
I think I was day dreaming for too long because about time I left my daze she was staring straight at me with a smirk. I looked around the room to see everyone writing and I got a little scared because I didn't know what we were supposed to be working on. I tapped Penny on her shoulder but before she could answer Ms. Rose stopped me. "Miss Wilson. There is no talking unless I say so and I believe I didn't say you could!" With every word her voice got higher making everyone lean back further in their seats as if they were the ones getting yelled at.
I felt a pain in my chest as she yelled at me causing me to put my head down. I felt like crying now but I knew there was no way I would do that. So as time passed I didn't know what to do and Penny was too afraid to tell me in fear of getting thrown out of the class.
The bell soon rang and I just sighed seeing as I had to stay behind. I hugged Penny and watched as she left. Soon everyone was gone and Ms. Rose started to pack up her stuff. "Let's go." She said without looking at me and walked out the room. I just sighed and followed her.
As we walked down the halls everyone moved out of her way and she didn't even seem fazed by it. I guess I wasn't wrong, she is the one bully of the school.
As we came to a stop I noticed we were back at her office. Before I stepped in I paused to look at the name tag again. Professor Scarlett Rose. I think that has got to be the most elegant name ever.
I walked in and she closed the door behind me. I heard a little click but I just assumed it was the clock. She walked over to her desk and put her stuff down. I walked over to one of the leather chairs and sat down as she pulled out a piece of paper out her bag.
She extended her hand and I took the paper. It was my assignment. My mouth fell open a little not expecting that. "I have been teaching for about ten years now and you are the first person to get an hundred percent on that assignment." I looked up at her to see if she was joking but I should have known that's nearly impossible.
"Thank you." I said trying to hide the little excitement I had in me.
"I want you here by six tomorrow morning for practice." I shook my head and scoffed while quickly standing up. I should have known this was some type of trap. There's no way I got a hundred percent on this thing. And why the hell does she want me on the team so f*****g bad?! "Sit down." She said but I just ignored her and walked to the door.
I tried to open it but it was locked. I looked for a lock but there was nothing there. That's what that click was.
I sighed and turned back around to look at her. Her once beautiful grey eyes became dark as she stood up and walked towards me. "When I tell you to do something I expect you to do it." She growled as she stood in front of me. I lowered my head seeing as I had no power in this situation.
"I'm sorry." I whispered. I heard her hum in response.
"Good girl." She whispered in my ear causing every bone in my body to go stiff. She took notice of this and laughed while turning around and unlocking the door. I was stuck in the corner for a few seconds until I realized the door was open. I hesitantly walked past her and out the door.
I need a drink.

I watched as the rain poured down outside, not ready to get soaked yet. I guess one of the benefits of a car is not having to walk in rain. Penny ended up leaving early so she couldn't take me, and Jazz's sister had to pick her up because they had a family meeting as she puts it. So I was stuck here. Having to walk a mile and a half home. It was the end of the day so not many people were here except a few teachers and football people.
I sighed as I opened the door, but before I could step out a hand grabbed my forearm. I looked back to see the grey eyes that seem to capture my attention every time. She didn't even talk to me this time and just dragged me all the way down the halls.
We went to her office and she closed the door. "May I ask-"
"No." She said interrupting me as she always does. I watched as she went around her desk and started putting things in her bag. She then took off her jacket and Jesus f*****g Christ I felt something run through me. Her muscles were the first thing that caught my attention then the sleeve tattoo. Her muscles weren't that big but big enough to notice without flexing.
I noticed that there were small tattoos that led to the sleeve. I'm not going to lie, women with tattoos is my weakness.
And women in suits.
And women.
I cleared my throat and looked away as she looked at me. "See something you like?" She asked with a small chuckle at the end. I didn't answer and just turned around. "I asked you a question?" She said with anger rising but I didn't care. "What are you such a brat?!" She yelled.
"Why are you such an ass?!" I yelled back as I faced her. She quickly walked up to me and I kept backing up. Somehow we made a circle and I ended up leaning against her desk. I tried to move back more but I couldn't as she came up to me.
My ass was leaning against the desk and she looked me up and down while groaning. "The number of things I could do to your ass right now." She whispered as she came closer to me with every word. She put both of her hands on either side of me and leaned against me. She was basically between my legs at this point.
Her right hand slowly ran up my thigh all the way to my neck. "Have you ever been touched by a woman Miss Wilson?" She asked as her hand found the first button of my shirt. "Because I will be more than happy to show you." I was so lost in her words I didn't even notice that she undid my entire shirt. Her hand touched my bare skin and at that moment my common sense hit me.
I slapped her hand away and got off the desk. She took no action in stopping me as I opened the door and left.
I'll take my chances with the rain.
