SNEAK PEEK

Gabrielle's POV

I gasped awake.

My heart was beating so fast.

But then, I realized everything that was going on around me.

I pushed myself up and I looked around.

My eyes widened as I realized where I was.

Oh my.

I gulped.

I'm back.

I'm back to where I came from.

My original home.

I felt confused. Flustered.

What am I doing here?

I'm not supposed to go back just yet.

So why am I here?

And where's everybody else?

I got up as I turned and looked around the area.

Then, I started walking in the familiar area.

Where is everyone?.

Am I really back?

If not, was this some kind of dream?

But it felt really.

Too real.

I kept looking around but I didn't find anyone.

I stopped at my tracks as I turned again.

"God? Anyone?" I called out.

"God?" I kept calling desperately.

"God? Where are you?" I said.

Nothing.

I sighed.

Maybe this really is a dream.

Did I want to stay in it?

Or should I wake up?

I bit my lower lip and then kept looking around.

This is home.

My home.

Do I really want to go back or do I want to stay?
