The mages followed her command.
Satan pointed at the fleeing mages and the demons immediately chased them down.
“Ice creation magic: Wall of True Ice” Samantha casted then a huge wall of ice rose from the ground blocking the path of the swarming demons.
“Cryo take that lizard down” Samantha said.
“Satan leave them alone.”
“I know you’re only here to kill time and enjoy yourself so, let them be.”
“They are not worth it,” Samantha said.
Satan laughed as he descended to the ground.
“Sorry but we’re reincarnated for the purpose of ending humanity.”
“For us you’re taboo.”
“Entities like you don't deserve God’s face” Satan said.
“Says the one who’s ugly as hell” Samantha mocked.
“Oh dear, oh dear don’t mock hell if you haven’t seen it.”
“The book you’re reading is pure fallacy. Created to manipulate your minds thinking God is supreme.”
“Just to inform you the war started because of his mistreatment of a curious angel” Satan said.
“Stop your foolish nonsense!” Samantha shouted.
“Even if what you are saying is true, I know that God didn’t start the war.”
“I was there when it all began” Samantha said then she spread her angelic wings.
“So, you’re an incarnate as well.”
“Tell me who you are,” Satan said.
“I am Samantha Leonheart” Samantha said then she charges in
Satan summoned his sword then blocked her attack.
“Interesting” They both reacted.
“That sword you’re using is that your sacred gear?” Satan asked.
“Why are you asking?” Samantha reacted.
“Just answer the question” Satan said.
Samantha just remained silent and just on her attacks.
Satan felt ignored and he got pissed about it. His sword then burst in flames making Samantha to step back.
“Now answer my god damn question!” Satan shouted.
“What did you ask again?”
“I couldn’t didn’t hear it properly,” Samantha said.
“I am going to say this one last time, so better listen!” Satan seems pissed.
“Is that your sacred gear?” Satan asked.
“Huh? Speak up!”
“I can’t hear you because the wind is too loud!” Samantha shouted.
At the back of her mind, she said.
“Where the hell are you Dean!”
“Why are you taking so long!”
Satan repeated what he just said but Samantha continues her act for the sake of stalling.
Satan finally had enough. He activated his divine aura and his body started to ignite.
“Attack the city!” Satan shouted then the demons filled the sky and were all headed to the city.
“Blizzard” Samantha casted then a heavy snowstorm started brewing.
The demons had a hard time maneuvering under the low visibility plus the snow was slowing them down. Satan unleashed a horizontal wave of fire targeting the sky. Samantha then took off and blocked the attack.
“Hailstorm” Samantha casted then chunks of ice fell down the sky.
“I told you to leave them alone,” Samantha said.
“No more mister nice guy” Satan seriously said.
“Armageddon” Satan casted then burning chunks of rock fall from the sky.
The spell covered an area. Samantha looks helpless but she still tried stopping it.
“Cryo!” Samantha shouted.
Cryo immediately withdrew from battle and helped stop the falling rocks but it was way too many for them to handle. From afar mages tried blasting the rocks
Samantha’s eyes then turned blue, and her wings turned into ice. Cold wind brew that shrouds her entire body
“Absolute Zero” Samantha cast cold wind started freezing the falling rocks, but it continued to fall.
Samantha gave it her all and the cold wind intensified but still it was not enough to stop it. Cryo can only destroy a few and more rocks are coming.
“Not yet!” Samantha shouted then the cold wind intensified even more.
Samantha is getting exhausted and numb. She was about to lose hope, but a barrier of light rose enough to cover the entire range of Satan’s spell.
The frozen rocks stopped as soon as they touched the barrier. Because of the barrier’s dome shape the ice just slides off
“Thank God” Samantha felt relieved
“Thank God” Samantha said then she felt dizzy suddenly.
She dropped to her knees. She wields her sacred gear and uses it as a support to stand up, but it just shattered. Cryo immediately dive straight to her but Satan and Calderas gang up on him.
“Looks like your summoner already ran out of mana” Satan said as he wields his sword.
Cryo just stared at him.
“Aaron I am glad that you reincarnated. I wish I could give you back the light fragment, but we already corrupted it.”
“I was hoping to get another decent fight now that Chris Sterling is dead” Calderas said.
Cryo just stared at Calderas.
“What! Headmaster is dead?” Samantha could not believe what she just heard.
“Is what you are saying true?” Samantha shouted.
Satan then had this smug look on his face then said.
“Why? Are you going to avenge him?”
“Just answer the question” Samantha said but it did not reach them.
Satan descended and spoke.
“Speak up!”
Cryo tried stopping Satan but Calderas flapped his wings that created strong winds that slowed Cryo down.
Satan walks towards Samantha and grinds his sword in the ground. Satan’s sword ignites every step he takes. He was only a meter away then a ray of light was fired directly at him. He blocked it using his sword then he saw a huge ball of light that said.
“Stay away from her” it seemed very pis
“Chill I won’t hurt her I just want to ask some questions about Chris” Satan said as he unsummons his sword and raises his hands.
“I’ll answer your question but answer mine first” Samantha said as she tried to stand up, but she couldn't even feel her legs.
“And your question is?” Satan asked then he noticed the ray of light fired directly at him.
He summoned back his sword and blocked it followed by a counterattack directly at Samantha. A wave of fire was unleashed from Satan’s sword that is heading straight to Samantha.
Then a shield of light was formed in front of her blocking the attack
“Are you alright, Sam?” Dean asked as he helped Samantha to stand up.
“I am fine just a little bit exhausted that’s all” Samantha said but she is too weak to stand up.
“Just rest, while I send this demon back to where it came from” Dean said then he casted a barrier to protect Samantha.
“How’s the others?” Samantha worriedly asked.
“Don’t worry about them, they are currently heading to the city.”
“By the way why did you freeze Solomon like that?” Dean asked.
“Insubordination”
“But it should have completely melted several minutes ago” Samantha said with a smirk on her face.
“Sol go help that ice soldier” Dean ordered.
Then he saw what Cryo resembles, and his tears dropped the moment he laid eyes on it. Dean was completely on guard and he did not notice Satan’s attack. He tried casting a spell, but it was too late luckily lightning struck the ground hurling rocks that managed to block Satan’s flames.
Solomon then came down from the sky with his divine aura activated.
“We will talk later!” Solomon said to Samantha with an angry look in his face.
“Two against one. Unfair” Satan said in a teasing manner.
“Die!” Satan said then he activates his divine aura.
His muscles were enlarged, and his wings were ignited.
“Lightning destruction magic: Thunderstorm” Solomon casted then thunder started roaring.
“Let’s go,” Solomon said, then Dean was buffed with lightning magic.
With lightning-fast speed they charge Satan. While on the move Solomon casted lightning both an used it as melee weapon while Dean summoned his sacred gear
They went in separate directions to distract Satan but the heat that Satan was emitting was too hot for them to handle.
They look at each other and exchange signals. They burst away and started firing long range spells because their close combat planned did not turn out how it was supposed to be.
“Lightning Bolt” Solomon recast every time he throws the other one.
“Ray of Divine Light” Dean casted
“Pathetic”
“Is this your magic.”
“That girl put up a better fight than you two,” Satan mocked.
“Put a sock in it,” Solomon said.
“Fire Swirl” Satan casted then swirling fire were created with a flap of his wings.
“Thunderclap” Solomon casted then the fire tornado was dispersed.
“Fire Barrage” Satan casted then the dispersed flames were all aimed at Samantha.
With lightning-fast speed Dean teleported to the line of fire then casted Radiant Javelins to match the attack
“You bastard!” Solomon shouted.
“She’s not your opponent.”
“Why direct your attack at her?” Dean said and he seems pissed.
“Solomon, let's end this,” Dean seriously said.
Then Dean chanted something and the ground beneath Satan shined in a form of a pattern.
“This mark!” Satan panicked.
“Light destruction magic: Purifying Light” Dean casted
“Lightning destruction magic: Thunderstorm” Solomon casted Then lightning was released from the thunder clouds that Solomon casted earlier.
Satan splits his sword in half. The first blade is struck at the ground nullifying Dean’s light spell while the second blade releases a vertical wave of fire intercepting Solomon’s spell.
“Checkmate” Solomon said as he teleported in front of Satan while wielding a lightning bolt.
