As they walked away from the complex, Joel and Scarlett couldn't shake off the feeling that they were being watched. They quickened their pace, but the sensation only grew stronger.
Suddenly, a figure emerged from the shadows. It was Phoenix, the enigmatic hacker who had helped them in their quest to take down the Syndicate.
"You two are quite the dynamic duo," Phoenix said, a hint of a smile on their face. "But your work is far from over."
Joel and Scarlett exchanged a wary glance. "What do you mean?" Joel asked.
Phoenix hesitated before speaking. "I've been tracking a new threat, one that makes the Syndicate look like child's play. A powerful organization, known only as 'The Consortium,' has been secretly manipulating world events from behind the scenes."
