Chapter 7
Zara woke up with another jolt and saw that there was someone in the room staring at her as if there was something wrong with her.
It was none other than her bodyguard in the form of Nate who was sitting in the corner of the room.
She was sure that her squeal made him move, making her feel relieved that she was safe. "Good morning." She whispered and he nodded.
He's not deaf and dumb, he's an actor who's very talented at that, so why is he acting like he had never seen me before?
"Thank you for bringing me here. I need to go home." She whispered and he sat up straighter, his eyes still boring into hers as a feeling of familiarity washed through him. There were a lot of things that he shouldn't ever think of but with this woman, he didn't know what he was doing at all.
