CHAPTER THIRTY-SIX

1164 Words
Mulenga went flying and hit the wall upon being struck by Nigani. He quickly scrambled to his feet, ready to fight again. He held up his hand to imitate what the short frog did earlier, but failed miserably. Nigani spitted the slimy stuff, but Mulenga did a backflip and the slimy stuff hit the wall instead. Mulenga spitted the slimy stuff, but it only went halfway to Nigani. The audience gasped. “Enolam, you were bossing around earlier what happened? You can’t even do the simplest tricks?” Nigani asked. Mulenga looked at the audience, “was this Enolam a good fighter?” he asked for only him to hear. “What should I do this bastard is gonna kill me if not him, then the people who bet on me will.” “To you who bet your money or whatever you betted on Enolam prepare to lose,” Nigani said. “Don’t underestimate anyone Nigani,” Mulenga said. Mulenga’s pinkish spots started flickering, then two pink balls came out of his stomach, but left no hole or any sign that something came out from there. Nigani snapped his fingers, then one ball burst, but before he could snap his fingers again, the ball hit its stomach and burst upon impact. Nigani went flying and fall flat on its stomach. ********** “Who are you even? I only presumed you are a demon because of your wings?” Robert asked, looking at Amell. “The man who is about to kick your ass,” Amell replied and quickly tapped his demon dragon firm. Alinani also tapped his werewolf form. Robert smirked, looking at the five frogs he was with. Then tapped his Costa Rican werewolf form. His head was that of a Costa Rican clown frog, but the rest of his body was that of a werewolf. Amell flapped his wings and flew in the air. He breathed out the fire, but the frogs spitted the slimy stuff and the fire got extinguished. Robert spitted the slimy stuff upon seeing Alinani running towards him but Alinani dipped and the slimy stuff hit a tree. Alinani jumped but Robert held up his hand and Alinani hang in the air. Robert pushed his hand forward and Alinani went cartwheeling through the air, slamming the tree. Amell swung his tail, and it pierced through Robert’s stomach. Then he lifted Robert in the air, black blood coming out of Robert’s stomach. Amell swung his tail and sent Robert slamming the rocks. Amell then moved to help Alinani. “Let us go before these bastards get up,” Amell said. They started following the humans and Charles behind, but before they could go any further; they felt something hit them, which sent them flying, hit the tree, and got stuck. “This will teach you, bastards, not to mess with me,” Robert said, “you two go and get them,” he added, pointing at two Costa Rican clown frogs. The two frogs went but before they could unstuck Alinani and Amell Robert shouted, “put these power restraining bracelets on them,” he tossed two bracelets at the frogs. “You three come with me. We have to catch those humans or you would like to go into extinction?” Robert said and started walking. The three frogs just followed. *********** Mulenga went and kicked Nigani in the stomach. Nigani slid a few feet from Mulenga, blood coming out of his mouth. Mulenga held up his hand, he sighed then raised his hand up. Nigani was floating in the air, lifeless. Then Mulenga moved his hand to the right, Nigani followed that direction. Again he moved his hand to the left, Nigani followed the direction. Finally, Mulenga raised his hand. Nigani hit the ceiling then came back, hit the floor and dust moved up. Mulenga looked at Nigani lying on the ground, panting. Then he turned to the audience, raising his hands in victory. He swung to look at Siobhan, who was eating something that looked like a chicken thigh. After seeing that Mulenga was looking at him, he tossed the thigh away. Mulenga tapped an imaginary hat at Siobhan, then turned, just in case Nigani was awake. Siobhan started tried to put his hands in the pocket to check for the wand, but he had no pants on. He started checking himself, then found it in his frog pouch. Shocking, but the bastards have pouches on them. Siobhan gestured for Mulenga to be read and ran straight to the door. He waved his wand, and the lights in the battlegrounds went off. The frogs started shorting, making noise. Some were even making rude hand gestures at the frogs responsible for light control. Siobhan got up and exited the battleground. Luckily there was no frog outside, even the guards, probably they were inside enjoying the fight. He looked around, then spotted Mulenga a few feet from him. “Thanks, man, or else if that bastard woke up I would be died by now,” Mulenga said breathing heavily. “Yeah, he would have killed. But you did some rather impressive tricks,” Siobhan said, eating a chicken thigh again. “Yeah, I kicked the bastards’ ass. What is with you are the chicken thighs?” Mulenga asked. “I don’t know, but they are just so damn good, man. What some,” he took a thigh from his frog pouch. “No. Let us talk about something important than thighs. Did you see Charles anywhere?” “No man,” he said, mouth full. “Then they didn’t bring him here.” “Yeah, I can tell.” Their feet started turning back to their human forms. “Holy s**t, we have to get away from here before they see us,” Mulenga said looking at his feet, then Siobhan’s. Just as they entered the trees, only about five minutes passed and they were back in human form. The frogs began getting out of the battleground, mumbling. Then Mulenga and Siobhan saw Nigani breathing heavily, looking around, and they presumed he was looking for Enolam. They looked at the frogs laying on their foot. “Too bad Enolam has died. I would have loved to see the feet between him and Nigani,” Siobhan said. They turned to look at Nigani again. It was pacing, butting its hands together angrily. Then two other frogs came out of the battleground and they went together. “I think they are going to find Enolam. So before they spot us let us go and find where to sleep I can’t walk more,” Mulenga spoke. “We can’t just sleep. What if Alinani and Amell are waiting for us and they found Charles?” Siobhan replied. “Yeah, you have a good point shall we go then.”
