CHAPTER THIRTY-FOUR
CHARLIE Time flies fast when too many things are happening. But I’m glad that it wasn’t something that distresses me in a way that messes up my body and so far I’ve been more functional than I ever expected myself to be. It’s been two months and I think I’m slowly getting used to my deadly routines of being by myself, and working although sometimes Laura drags me to parties to meet new people and to possibly meet someone that I can potentially work with but socializing is so exhausting for me. So far, life is becoming more livable for me despite of Adam suddenly disappearing. I don’t know if I have moved on that quickly or I’m just sublimating in as much as there are nights wherein I remember each word we’ve exchanged- so genuine and sincere but suddenly disappearing like a bubble in the
