I was informed Gabriel needed me, so I traveled to his floor. As I passed by his assistant, she gave me a strange expression I couldn’t quite decipher. Trying not to read into it, I approached the doors leading inside and knocked. The door suddenly swung open, revealing Gabriel standing in front of me. He pulled me inside abruptly, locking the door behind us and pressing me against the surface. His eyes scanned me from head to toe, then he turned me around to inspect my back.
“Um, Gabriel?” I called out, but he spun me back around and pulled me closer, kissing me passionately.
The kiss quickly grew intense, and I whimpered slightly, but he pulled back abruptly.
