I stare at tree house which was ready after one whole week of needed efforts. It has finally paid off. Whenever I would need an escape, this would be the perfect place. Even though Dad had asked me to not go alone here near the creek, but I went anyway. I also made sure Connor and Nathan knows that I am here.
Connor was adamant on not leaving me alone, all by myself here. But lot of persistent and assuring that it is safe here, did he allow me. He has been busy these past days with his own kingdom, being the vampire king himself. He had to make sure that everything is taken care of in his absence. Of course, uncle Ace and grannie are there. They look after everything in his absence. Grandpa Lucas has returned from his yet another trip.
