Chapter 47: Future allies

The war between demon and humans are still ongoing. It’s been a year since the squad captain of the sixth kingdom squad is replaced. The man that replaced the said to be the most powerful captain of knights Retto is the noble knight named Nicole.
He is prince-looking and with a book in his hand he started flipping each page until he reaches the bookmark.
“The two met once again, Zen and the elf girl… They loved each other and want to be with each other, but the curse blocks their way.”
Nicole closed the book and look up to the blue sky. That sky was then passed by with giant dragons. The dragons started breathing flames toward the knights in the ground.
Scream of chaos was heard on the battlefield.
He then draws his sword. His sword lights up with blue color and the s***h attack a dragon up in the sky.
The wings of the dragon were cut and the dragon fell to the ground. Nicole then delivers another s***h to cut off the dragon's head.
Sophia was surprised by the amazing power Nicole demonstrated to the whole squad.
“That’s an amazing captain.”
“Captain Dust is still in the middle of the battlefield, he seems to need help.”
One o the knights said to Nicole.
Nicole turns his head to the battlefield and saw Dust running with his life. His face was very desperate.
He turns his eye’s to Sophia and asked:
“Sophia, do you wish to save that man?”
“No… That man attempted to sexually harass me. He betrayed the knights and the heroes in the expedition resulting in the death of the other heroes. Such man should not allow existing.”
Sophia said.
Sophia is very angry looking at Dust.
Nicole after hearing Sophia’s answer raised his sword and then cut Dust's legs from afar. Resulting in Dust crashing to the ground. His face is full of dirt and he is looking toward Nicole and his squadmates with raging eyes.
“Why I need to suffer like this? Why you can’t love me, Sophia? Retto is dead! Retto is not coming back anymore.”
Dust scream as he struggles and crawls to save himself from the terror of the battlefield.
Dinosaur-like monsters walked toward Dust and bite his limbs. Each bite the dinosaur takes from Dust, makes Dust scream in unimaginable pain. His flesh was ripped out of his body and the last thing he saw is the evil smile of the girl she likes.
“Serves him right.”
Sophia said.
“He's not a very important person, but still it’s very cruel for a priestess like you.”
“You’re not in the place to say that to me, Captain Nicole, you are the one that offers this kind of execution to him.”
“I don’t want my sword to be stain with the blood of people like him. Fooling him and feeding him to the monsters is the right choice. Besides, he is a criminal, so there nothing to worry about.”
Sophia then looks toward the chaos of the battlefield.
“I need to become powerful. Just like what Retto wanted. This squad will become powerful and lead the kingdom into victory.”
After that, a girl wearing a sister uniform eating a lollipop and a girl covered herself with armor and equipped with a shield larger than she arrived.
This girl in the sister outfit is the little sister of Sophia named Lily and the other girl beside her is her childhood friend named Maple.
“You’re such a cruel b***h, my big sister. You make your comrade be eaten by a bunch of monsters.”
“Lily, that’s not how you should talk to your big sister… You should respect her.”
Maple said in her low tone voice.
Lily kicked Maple’s shield.
“Why would I respect this b***h?! Maple are you going in my way?”
Maple is sweating and her eyes are swimming and she answered with a shaky voice.
“N-no-no-no… No! I won’t go in you’re way.”
Lily is like the boss of the mafia when she is talking and she always looks very angry.
Nicole smiled and look toward Sophia’s face.
“You’re family really have a mental issue… Is that inherited?”
“I don’t hear that from a psycho like you.”
Sophia replied to Nicole.
Nicole just smiled and look at the book in his hand.
“I’m not a psycho, I just like punishing those people that break the law. Everyone that breaks the law will be punished with painful death… By the way, I’m the one that summoned those two. I have a request for you. I have the foresight that something big is going to happen and I want both of you to help a special someone.”
Lily and Maple then listen to Nicole’s explanation and then agreed to it.
Lily was very excited and having a terrifying smug face.
“Lily is scary…”
“I’m not scary, It’s our time to shine and kill that commander. Unlike my big sister, I’m a prodigy and blessed with a powerful healing ability. I will offer my assistance to that girl...”
“Master Nicole… Is it okay for us o go there?”
Asked Maple.
“Of course, I’m sure that you won’t die. I can see the future after all.”
“That’s the famous future sight ability.”
Nicole also sees the future before and knows that Dust will become a traitor, that’s why before things go into ruin. Nicole immediately gives Dust the punishment he deserves.
His future sigh ability is very handy in planning and making strategy. Making Nicole a powerful opponent, but he is on the side of the kingdom that’s why they're nothing to worry about him.
Just ignore the fact that he's a bit of a shady guy.
“Well, I can’t control it but it gave me decent sight in the future. Apparently, there are two powerful adventurers nearly the same age as you two who is brave enough to challenge the fire dragon… Before they battle the fire dragon they will accept a quest on an island where you will meet your comrades.”
“I wanted to see if my comrade is really good. Going on a quest first to test their ability is fine for me. I won’t heal a weakling after all.”
“... Let’s just be friends with them okay Lily.”

Meanwhile in the capital city. One of the heroes summon in this world is packing his things and about to leave the kingdom.
Nakashima Haru one of the heroes. A hero with the title of smiting hero. He has the ability to create anything as long he knows the blueprint of a certain object.
He knew the structure of the bomb and guns because of his military soldier mother and he knows making basic tools because of his engineer father.
When he came to this world he immediately read some blueprint of the weapon that exists in this world and created a version of his gun that uses magic as its bullet.
His ability is indeed helpful o the kingdom but he doesn’t like it anymore.
Haru was stunned by the reaction of the king after knowing the death of his classmates. The king just said that they are not good enough in a hero's job.
“Kaede die… I will never gonna need the help of that king. I will go on a journey myself.”
Just like Mayu.
Haru like Kaede a lot. He wanted his feeling to reach Kaede but it’s not going to happen anymore because Kaede is already dead.
The only thing remains in him is the anger and regret that he didn’t tell his feeling.
But there is still hope for Haru to see Kaede again.
“I will find that legendary creator and wish for her revival.”
With that said Haru, escapes the castle from the window and immediately goes out to the capital city.

Going back to our two heroes.
Akane and Mayu are currently riding a train toward Sunnyshore City.
Akane is sleeping and Mayu is sleeping to Akane’s lap cutely.
“I want some meat buns.”
She muttered.
