“What are you doing in Haru?”
I asked Haru who is currently busy making something in the back of the boat. The boat is a medium-size boat with a cabin. Inside the cabin, there is enough bed for the five of us and food storage.
Southern Island is quite far away from Sunnyshore City. It might take a day or two before we get there. It’s a good thing that I have lots of food stocks in my inventory.
Food shortage is not a problem.
“I’m just making this boat fast… Most of all I hate waiting. I’m the kind of guy that will pull the fishing pole immediately after 5 minutes of waiting… I new some blueprint about the boat engine.”
Haru said proudly.
I guess, he can boast himself sometimes.
The arrogant Sister arrived and looks toward Haru who is being proud.

“You barely have a muscle in you’re body and you’re not that tall… What is the good-looking part in you’re body?!”
Sister Lily can’t understand Japanese standards in good-looking people. Well, many people in my world also questioned that. Japanese standard in cuteness and good looking is unique.

The boat suddenly speeds up, resulting in everyone in the boat fell to the floor.

Sister Lily forces herself to stand up and then deliver a powerful punch to Haru and make the boat engine stop using her brute force.
The engine broke because of Siter. Haru was left crying because one of his inventions was broken.

“We don’t need your pride here, You can just fix that right with you’re able.”
“My title as a smiting hero is not just for a show… Of course, I can fix it and it will be much better than before.”
Haru and Sister fight a lot. They really dislike each other. I wonder what will happen to this party in the future.

Maple said as she looks at Sister Lily.
Sister turns her glance to Maple and started knocking her armor with her kicks.
“I’m not close with that man!”
“... You’re so cute Sister Lily.”
I thought Lily is a self-center girl that always abuses Maple, But I think Lily has her own ways of showing her love and affection.
The southern islands are a bit far away, Honestly, I don’t know anymore because of the speed up earlier.
With all of that happening. I can’t believe Akane is still fast asleep after that.
Haru goes back to doing his thing. Lily and Maple are fooling around. I just look to the ocean and make a inhale, exhale.
The water started to become dark.
“Sister Lily the water…”
I pointed to them.
“It’s darker… Seems like we entered the demon territory. We’re near in the Southern Islands.”
Looking far ahead. There were many massive whirlpools ahead of us.
“What are we going to do with those whirlpools?”
“I think should just make an engine that can make this boat fly.”
It’s really dangerous.
But since I was here, there is nothing to worry about. I’m wind magic expect after all.
My wizard sage title is not for the show. I also do lots of things.
Using wind magic solidification. I made wings and installed them in the boat. This consumes a lot of magic. I might only do maintain these big wings for 10 minutes. I think it's plenty enough. In that ten minutes. I’m sure that we’re already in the safe zone to land.
I made the boat fly up in the sky and stay away from the giant whirlpool in the ocean.
“Expected to a wizard sage.”
After crossing the whirlpool. I let the boat lad safely in the water again.
At that time we successfully enter the demon territory and the southern island is in my view of sight.
We thought that we can land on the shore but the real problem is yet to come.
Big shadows were seen under the water and my detection skill was triggered.
“We’re surrounded by sea monsters!”
I alerted everyone.
Everyone got their weapon ready except for Akane who is sleeping in her bed.
The sea monster show themselves from the sea and

“Reverse healing: Cursed ball!”
I pointed my staff to the monsters and concentrate my magic.
“Lightning magic: Lightning strike.”
The monster was then struck by lightning and got fainted from it.
Also, the lightning struck the water, electroshock affected the other monster around the water. Making them unable to move because of paralysis.
Them who can’t move freely. Haru and Lily attack them and defeat them.
Having a teammate really makes some difference.
I’m happy that I have a party member now.
After defeating the monsters, we’re about to set the boat on the land.
Finally, we reach the southern island.
The island on the shore seems silent.
Akane woke up finnally.
“Good morning.”

We get down in the boat and then walked through the forest to reach the place where the people is said to be held captive.
According to the quest, this place is been ruled by demons and the people here are being used as slaves.
We heard some footsteps and then hide in the near bushes.
“Why are we hiding let’s go and just charge on!”
Akane said.
“Shhhh… Keep silent your muscle brain… We need to have some decent information and make a plan before we charge into the fight.”
Lily was right, without a decent plan we might jump toward death.
That’s something we can’t do.
Also, I don’t like to lose more friends. I know the pain and suffering of losing them. I don’t want to happen again.
We then see some demons, Maybe low-class ones.
And in their hands is a rope tied toward a human.
“?!”
The moment we saw how the humans on this island were treated. I felt a raging emotion flow in my body.
I wanted to burn them badly.
Apparently, on this island people are treated like pets.
“You’re human is getting thin… Are you feeding that thing?”
“Well, she’s not making productive work. I didn’t make her eat for three days now. She needs to learn her lesson.”
The demons are having a conversation and the humans that are walking like dogs look at each other.
“Honey… Just hang in there… We will find happiness soon.”

The pet girl said.
“Why are you crying, human girl?!”
The demon kicks the girl and the owner of the man uses a stick and slaps it to his mouth.
“I said humans can’t talk… I’m having you a walk so you need to be grateful.”
The demon continuously punishes the human with his stick. The man started to bleed.
I wanted to defeat them so badly, but this place is surrounded by these high leveled monsters. The other also knew it.
This place is basically a city of demons.
Using status checks on them, I can see that all of them are in level 150 and higher. I’m just in my 200. Fighting hundreds or maybe more than a hundred demons at the same time will be hard.
Akane was so angry she was grinding her teeth.
“We need to go back in the forest and hide for now. We will return once we have a plan to defeat them all.”
Haru suggested.
We decided to retreat and sneak our way out near the demon place.
Just hang in there we will save you all.
I thought and turn my head away.
