Chapter 4

The hut, had a little porch with wooden fence and a wooden bench. The frontdoor was made of old dark mahogany, and the hut is just a room with a kitchen, a small kitchen island, pots and pans hanging from the ceiling and in the other side is a longhaired rug, a sofa, a comfy grandpa armchair and a tv. In the corner there are stairs to a queensized bed under the roof. Of course there are also a bathroom next to the kitchen, with a TUB. I love it. This is everything I was hoping for, and everything i dreamt of.

I took my phone and called my dad. "Hi honey! I'm so glad to hear from you! How was your flight?" "Hi dad, it was good. I'm in the hut now, and everything is perfect." "I'm so happy to hear that honey!" we talked for a couple of minutes, I told him about the forest and how the hut is decorated and he told me what was going on at home. Since 24 hours ago. Yes. We are a close family.

I put all the stuff I bought in Wallmart, in the fridge, cabinets and counter. I bought enough for at least a week. Then I carried my suitcases up the stairs and got settled in the bedroom. When I was finished with everything, I just wanted to sleep. I was sooo tired, it had been a long journey and the time was now 8 pm. not that late, but still late enough for me to call it a day.

*KNOCK KNOCK*

"What the.." I jumped up, totally groggy. *KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK* Omg.. Somebodys knocking on the door. I looked at my phone and saw that the time was now 8 AM, I had slept for 12 hours! I scrambled down the stairs, in my pajamas, and opened the door.. And oh. My. God. Infront of me, was the most handsome guy ever. He looked just like Chris Hemsworth, in Thor, as Thor.. But maybe a little more boyish.

He looked at me with both eyebrow raised, and a surpriced look across his face. I started to realise that I had no idea how I looked right now.

"eeeehhh" I started.. He cleared his throat and said "Hi, my name is Will. I'm the caretaker of this hut. I just wanted to check in and make sure everything is alright and satisfying" "Oh, yes. Thank you. The bed is really nice as you can tell.. He he.. Or no.. I mean.. For sleep! I slept really nice" Shut up Hannah, for the love of god, why must I sound like a damn imbecile. Will smiled from ear to ear, showing of his dimples and said "Oh good. I'm glad you like it. If you need anything, there's a book in the bookcase, with all my informations and where to get food around here and stuff." I looked to the bookcase and said "Thank you, Will. That's going to be helpful, I'm sure." I smiled at him and waited for him to say goodbye or something, so I could go look in the mirror and kill myself. He just stood and stared deep in my soul with his blue eyes. And then he said "Goodbye Hannah" smiled, turned around and left. I just stood there, with my morning hair, pajamas and both my eyebrows up around the hairline, of surprice. Why are the men so weird here? I thought to myself.

I closed the door, ran to the bathroom and saw my reflection. It could have been worse. phew. I took a quick shower, clean clothes, coffee and some breakfast. This is going to be an amazing day.
