My dad mind linked me that i need to come to his office quickly and alone

I head to his office and i knock and walk in 

“Son sit down” my dad says 

“Alright whats so urgent?” I ask As i sit

“Son read this note! The guards found it hanging on a tree in our territory” dad says 

I take a fancy gold envelope addressed to dad and my self and i open the envelope and pull out a picture of Ayla that was recently taken 

I set the envelope and picture down i am holding the letter and i slowly open it

“Now go pack your things and let this be a surprise for Ayla! And a much needed vacation for you both!” He says 

Gosh he is right i will protect her with my life! 

“You will be taking 25 guards with you as well” he says and i nod 

I stand and shake his hand and head out 

I cant help but think to my self why Ayla why does Ayla have to be in danger 

She is selfless loves to give and help why would anyone want to take her pr worse harm her

I will protect her till the day i die! I will keep her safe and out of harms way!

I clear my head and head into our room

I stop before opening the door and clear my head once more

I slowly walk into our room 

“Babe, i got a surprise for you!” I say

“In here” she yells from the bathroom 

I walk to the door and knock

“We will go get you some today before we leave” i say f**k i slipped up

“Okay baby but know we are trying to protect you and the pups!” I say

“Also babe you need to pack all you want to take now and i will pack my stuff” i tell her

“Just f*****g great!” She says as she grabs her suit cases 2 big ones and 3 xl ones

She throws random stuff into them you can clearly tell she is far from happy about it

I walk out and let her calm down and sit on the bed until she is done

“Well joe you going to pack your s**t or are you going naked” she says 

I cant help but chuckle at her bc her mad is the cutest thing ever

“Stop fuckinf laughing this is not funny at all!” She says and i say nothing instead i go into the closet and pack my stuff 3 suit cases later and we are both all packed
