Saying this, Kaylee grab her bag, heading out. " See honey, she is walking out on us. I am sure she has provoke her husband to beat her with that attitude of hers," Kaylee mom yelled from behind. Finally stepping outside, Kaylee felt the need to cry, hearing this from her parents only made her feel suffocated. As she struggles the holding back the tears, her phone buzz.. "Let me" he texted, sending the address to her. Alex, her boyfriend had texted her, he was her therapist, the only one who made her feel safe and after her session ended, they met until they began to date officially. Seeing him text early made her wonder what was going on. Still, his text distracted her and the thought of her being able to share her ordeals with her parents made her relieve. She decides to head there straight, seeing he had book them a private room, one that's only accept two couple's to dine at the same time. "I am there" she texted, when he was five minutes wait, only as a reminder that she was waiting. She decides to put her phone away, her eyes now caught on, in the new drama. "Your mother paid me to break up with you" the lady finally said. "I am sorry, but your mother, she is too much, it's shows how much she will never accept me and I would rather take the money and leave for my mental peace of mind" "But I stood up for you, every time, I moved states away for you, I went no contact because of you, did you really love me or you were after the comfort" the man finally spoke up. Kaylee wanted to hug him, he clearly seems broken but Alex arrival distracted her. "Kaylee," he said, more nervous than usual. "Is something wrong?" Kaylee calmly asked, noticing how nervous he looked. "I know it's rash me doing this, a week to our anniversary " he began. "But you know how much my dreams are for both of us, how I want to get you the best thing in life," he went on. "Is it that Job, the one that makes you want to move state away to get it," Kaylee tried guess. " Better, I mean worse," Her stammers. "I got a huge help from your parents, they gave me all the money I need and more for my big project but the catch is" " You break up with me," Kaylee completed, to which he slowly nod. She somehow could have anticipated it, but even with them getting rid of Alex, she is not going to accept their marriage deal, no she was more stronger and stubborn. Stepping outside, Kaylee find the man still there. "Michael " she muttered, surprise that she still remember his name. Seeing him, a crazy idea peak in her head, causing her to smile. With pride, she approached him, ready to pitc h in her offer, ready to show her parents the length she can go.
