It had been a weird week. After he kissed Alex, she'd been avoiding him. If she had to be in the same room, she kept her distant or her mother came for her like the night he kissed her.

The next morning was eventful he had a very pissed off Raven and Martina. Asking what the hell was with him. They just screamed, and he let them. They stormed out of his office and didn't speak to his for 4 days. Gio was the most annoying just staring at him. Then Garret told him to spill it.

Fine, he likes her. He told her and kissed her, and now she's avoiding him. Happy now, you know. "Tristan, why didn't you just tell me that I wouldn't have gone near her?" Gio said.

You shouldn't have to avoid her. It's his issues. He didn't truly realise it until he saw your hands on her. He instantly felt jealous, and he said something he shouldn't have. He did apologise. He waited outside to say sorry, and he did multiple times. Then she walked off he chased her to kiss her.

He had his head in his hands, and Garret and Gio rubbed his shoulders. He was pretty much sat like this now. She's been avoiding him since then. He just wanted to get into a room with her and talk. He'd only seen her once when he was training. She'd been his shorts and sports bra she was so hot. It took all his strength not to grab her. He kept his attention on training the best he could.

His mother, father, and grandfather were on their way back today.They had spent a week in the forest house longer than he thought they would. Mother said father was in good spirits. He was mindlink by his guard. The boat was about to dock.

He got up. He opened his door to Alex, and she was about to knock. "Hi," she said. Hi, do you need something? he was about to greet his mother, father, and grandfather home."I just wanted to discuss something with you, but it can wait," She said.

He's been trying to speak with her all week he wasn't letting this go. Alex, how about dinner tonight? we can talk to them then. Catch up he's not seen you for a week. She stared at him for a moment

"Yes, okay, where time?" she said.

His suite 7pm? "Okay, see you then," she said. Yes, he couldn't help the smile on his face. He headed out to the dock. They had all just got off the boat. Hello all.

He's no more than usual, and all smiled at him. His grandfather went to unpack, mother too. Father followed him to his office. "Sit, they is something I need to tell you. "Father said.

What now? "Before we left, I contacted a friend to look into Brooke and Alex, and he found out some interesting detail about them. Has she told you anything?" Father asked.

Yes, she told him about their past and how they ended up here. Not what their shifters are doesn't trust him yet .He gets it WE weren't very welcoming, father. She hasn't done or said anything for him to not trust them.

"Well, my contact says she's a water phoenix, the last one, if her father is dead," he said

Father, they were killed years old, slaughtered by rouges and Vampires. The Vampires Prince Luis actually took over their land and still lives they as for as he knows.

"Yes, that what i said when he told me about them, but the Alpha luna and their 10-year-old daughter wasn't home was visiting family," He said.

He just stared wide-eyed at his father. That was a detail from her story. It can't be them. "Well, it is you need them to leave now before we are attacked by vampires. He wants her Alex. He wants her power, " He said.

All nodded, looked worried. Father had Aston do a background check on Brook and Alex. He told him it was out of order, but he apparently found out that their family are the last water Phoenix's that pack that was slaughtered 10 years ago. Some of the details do match from what she told him herself.

"Do you think it's true?" Raven asked.

He doesn't know, but if it is, we might have a vampire problem on our hands. "You're not going to kick her out?" Raven said. No Raven unless she wants to leave no. He actually likes her. They is something about her he can't put his figure on it.

She wants to meet him for dinner to talk maybe she'll tell him then he doesn't know but we need to plan without father finding out or the pack or them even. Gio, can you have more cameras put up and tell the guards the truth? That vampire tried to enter the other night, and we are extremely cautious.

Raven Alex is comfortable with you, so if anything happens, you are to get her and Brooke to the tunnels. She nodded. Garret, he needs you to go call this Aston and tell him to send him a copy of what he discovered, and his father didn't have his permission to investigate.

Go have a chat with his grandfather. He never told him how he knows them or his past, and he think its about time he did. All left his suite to see Alex standing outside. "Sorry, am I interrupting something." She asked. No, his father broke his office door, and he wanted to talk to his unit but in private, and not anger the old man. She smiled. Did you need him for something?

"I was just going to say are we cooking or being cooked for?" she asked. He smiled. What would you prefer? "Either, just no nuts. I'm allergic," she said.

Okay, noted. Sorry, he has to get back to work. He'll see you later she nodded."That's improved," Raven said. Yes, she hasn't spoken to him all week. has avoided him, then turned up at his office this morning asking to talk with him, so he offered dinner, and she accepted, so hopefully, maybe she is ready to tell him the truth.

He headed for his grandfather suite. He knocked he was only down the hall east wing. He knocked, and he answered

"Grandson, what can I do for you?" he asked.

Can he come in he needs to speak with you, please. Grandfather waved him in. He knows you didn't want to speak about it before, but he needs you too now. Information has come to light about who Brooke and Alex really are.

He wants to know if its true and how you truly know them grandfather. He can't protect them like you won't tell him. If he doesn't know anything. Grandfather, please, we will not turn them away. You have his word.

"You swear?" he asked. He does he can orth you if you want. "No, that's not necessary," he said. Grandfather exhales and rubbed his hand over his face.

"When I was at council training, I met my mate. I was 18 years old, and she was older. She was a blue phoenix water phoenix. When I finished my training, I was going to take her home as my luna, but while I finished my training, she was killed. She was Alex Aunt Arizona.Alex told you the truth she was visiting her mother's pack, Their beta, who was in charge, called to tell them to run. They have been ever since." he said.

"A few months ago, he contacted me to tell me Brooke was pregnant and they couldn't keep running with a baby they needed my help and for Arizona I always will. He has a meal planned with her for tonight, and she said she wanted to speak with him. Maybe she is going to tell him all. Grandfather said nothing else. He wasn't telling him everything
