CHAPTER TWENTY-ONE Greg did not sleep well and woke up early with thoughts and feelings swirling inside his head. He headed to the kitchen. He needed a cup of coffee badly to clear his brain. Greg was a minimalist and didn’t feel the need for a lot of “stuff” or gadgets. But coffee was a necessity and he got tired of the instant version. Everyone told him to get the Keurig, but he didn’t like the idea of being forced to buy little pods all the time. Also, all that plastic couldn’t be good for the environment. Not that he was an eco warrior, but he had seen on television news a huge pile of plastic and other non-biodegradable junk swimming in the middle of the ocean.
