I hated leaving Rain to train, but it had been such a nice morning. I loved meeting her mother, even with her million questions. I could see where Rain got her courage from.
I still couldn't believe I got to meet the infamous Artie. He seems a shell of his former self or perhaps everyone spoke about him through rosey colored glasses. Either way I needed to tell my father soon. He'll be so happy to know.
I actually have enough time. I'll bring this news to him personally. I should be able to tree travel there and back before I'm supposed to meet Rain. I need to see Star too. I miss her.
