Chapter Ten

Greyson P.O.V

“Sure, whats up?” She asks.

I stare at the wall above her nervously. "I need advise and well I cant go to no one else, they wont understand."

"oh.." she stares up at me sympathetically. she moves her bag and palces the book she was reading down. I give her a small smile. "want to go get a coffee?" I ask."uuhh... sure why not" she says and gets up with her bag.

the coffee shop close to the college was quiet as most people were at work or college so we could talk freely without worrying about pack members hearing. As I set both our cups on the table and sit in my seat I look down at the table"so whats up" she asks softly while cupping her drink in her hands."I guess I should just get it out there...I fount my mate.." I sigh still looking down,scared im making a mistake talking to her.

"thats great grey" she lightly pts my and and I look up to see her smiling.

"yeah it is but he problem is...she isnt a werewolf"

"shes human?" she asks softly.

"partly but shes also half vampire" I say while running my hand down my face. this all probably sound ridiculous to her.

"oh... Its brielle isnt it?" she says softly and almost like she feels sorry abou the situation im in.

"how did you know?" theres no way she could of known, i was careful not to say her name or be seen going to her.

"well shes the only one like that that I know of around here. so im guessing you cant tell your friends or dad because what they will do to her?" She asks before taking a sip of her coffee. though it wasnt actually a question i not anyway. "yeah and it getiing hard trying to keep it all a secret from them"" I get it, I know what its like to keep something from your loved ones, its hard but you cant do it forever, you know that right.""I know but what else can I do, they will hurt her and I Cant bring myself to reject her"

"do you want to be with her? if you do youll have to give up the alpha position and leave the pack, just like I did. if you dont want to then Im sorry but I cant see any way of this working out, theres no happy ever after in this, your dad will kikll her if he finds out about her and you will never get to run the pack, they will shun you." she says while looking at me sympathetically. she looks down at her hands for a moment before looking back up and meeting my gaze." You either have to break the bond or leave the pack, im so sorry Grey."

Tears prick in the corner of my eyes at the decision I have to make. If we stay together I`ll be a rogue, on the run and thats not a life she deserves. its going to kill me to do this but the pack needs me, my dad is old and there is no one else trained enough to take over the pack. God this is going to kill me but hopefully it wont hurt her too much since shes not a werewolf and she will forget about me and live a happy life with someone that can give her eveything I couldnt.....................................Days have passed and I still cant bring myself to end it with Brielle, every night that we have met up, just one look into them eyes and I chicken out. our nights have beens pent together on the cliff watching the waves and getting to know eachother better. there is one night that I will forever remember, the first night we made love. it was sp sweet and passoinate..............................Flashback.............................................

we are sitting on a blanket on our spot in the cliff with another one wrapped around our shoulders"this is amazing." she says softyl while staring out at the night sky

"yeah it is" I whisper to her while staring at her, taking in her delecate features, trying to burn them into my memory. she looks up at me through her lashes and I kikss her lightly at first till I deepen the kiss hungry to taste her. Ibite on her bottem lip asking for acess that she willingly gives and our ton gues fight for dominence. she climbs on my lap and starts grinding on the growing bulge in my jeans. my hands move to her hips helping her grind, slowly I move my hand inside her tshirt and graze the bottom of her breast with my thumb. I pull away and lean against her forehead. "you sure?" I ask not wanting to pressure her into anything and she takes off he shirt and reaches her hand behind her back unhooking her bra and letting her breasts free. I stare at her taking in the sight. how her milky breasts sit perky and perfect, her n*****s already hard from the cold night. while staring into my eyes she grabs my hand and guides it to her breast "im ready" shewhispers before kissing me hungrily and I take her n****e inbetween my fingers and pinch it making her moan and grind harder. I Carelfully lay her down and removing her trousers and panties before removing all my clothing and grabbing a condom. " this is going to hurt a little, okay?" I say softly while carressing her cheek. she nods her head while biting her lip.

I line my d**k up with her centre slowly easing into her until im fully inside and she hisses and a tear slips from her eye. "Im sorry" I murmur while kissing her neck and cheek. "its okay, you can move now" she says as she wraps her legs around my waist. I keep the pace slow at first til she starts moaning and scratching my back. I feel her legs start to tremble and her walls start to tighten around my d**k so I pick up the pace and start pounding into her harder till we both c*m and we ride our high together. the rest of the night was spent under the blanket naked together til we fell asleep. I woke the ext morning and left before she woke, I hated that I had to leav but I couldnt risk the others knowing I was gone all night again.

but the others are getting restless and want to know who she is so tonights the night. I have to break the bond. I cant bring myself to reject her, just thinking of those words brings bile to the back of my throat.

I text Riley to make sue shes still good to help me with the plan and when she replies saying she on her way to the spot I make my way there too. as the sun finishes setting I reach the cliff and see Riley standing there waiting for me."you sure about this?" she asks as I stand beside her.

"no....but I dont really have anoter option, if I dont do it now I wont ever be able to" I say as I try and build the courage up to carry out the plan.

too soon her scent faintly travels into the clearing, a hint of mine still lingers with it and it brings a bittersweet smile to my lips.

"shes close, we should start" Riley says as she turns to me and steps closer, our bodies almost touching.this is it. I smell her sent getting stronger as I lean my face closer to Rileys and close my eyes and try to picture brielle. our lips lightly touch and we begin to move tem in a slow delicate kiss. A tear slips from my eye knowing im breaking the bond we had and the pain Im about to put her through. the bushes beside us rustle and i hear a heart breaking sob. I pull away from riley and glance at Brielle and god I wish I hadnt because the sight broke my heart even more then it already was. tears were streaming down her face and a look of anger was in her eyes.

"I knew it, I knew you were using me. I cant believe how low you are willing to go, for what Greyson? to get back at my kind? to start a war? I just....." she spat before turning and racing away.
