Kiss of Death

CHAPTER TWO

Evangeline walked behind the man as they entered a car with black tinted windows. " May I ask where it is we are going? " she asked and he shook his head. ' A bit blunt aren't we ' she thought. " Your name then " she asked.

" Aiden Byrnes " he said curtly, it suited his good looks she thought as she took notice of his rugged good looks with his messy black hair and sharp jawline and beautiful ocean blue eyes and his perfectly tanned skin.

She leaned back in her chair and crossed her legs, everything she did oozed elegance. " What's your name my dear " the young man asked.

" Evangeline, Evangeline Summit " she said coldly.

" A beautiful name for a beautiful girl " he said winking.

" The Goddess of love and beauty did not entice me, what makes you think you can " she said. After an hour or so of sitting in silence they arrived at their destination. Aiden got out of the car and opened the door for her and like the true gentleman he is, held out his arm for her, she slowly took his hand and exited the car. He led her to the colossal mansion and opened the doors for her. " This is Victor Academy, where many supernatural live and learn to control their powers so they can live peacefully with the humans, here is the girls dormitory so it's not the actual school and the boys dorm is separated by a field and a fence " he said walking inside the mansion. " although that doesn't seem to stop them " he mumbled and she giggled.

" I'll officially sign you in and you will be an official member of the school so for now you must use the guest room " he said walking up the stairs. She followed closely behind, encountering many girls on their way. " This is the guest room, each floor has two bathrooms at the end of each hall " she nodded. " Happy S- stay " she once again giggled as she entered the room. Her mouth immediately fell into a straight line as she clicked her tongue. " Happy stay " she mocked. " I'll be happy once I kill you " she chuckled.

She looked around the room and she wasn't impressed, the room was filled with neutral tones such as white, grey and black. She opened the door and descended the stairs. She met with two beautiful faces at the end of the stairs, they slightly nodded their heads acknowledging her and she gave them a nod back. She walked around the mansion when she found the kitchen, the kitchen was full of girls on their phones on the counter or lounging around in the breakfast nook. They all turned their heads towards her and smiled. A woman approached her and held out her hand, Evangeline hesitantly took it in hers and shook her head. " Amelia Croxley, you are? " Amelia introduced.

" Evangeline Summit "

" Such a beautiful name and your voice is so melodic "she said.

" Thank you " Evangeline smiled.

Evangeline introduced herself to the girls and had secured them as her ' friends ' unbeknownst to them she was just using them for her own personal gain in the near future.

The day had been slow and tiresome but she had made it through. She sighed as she laid in her bed thinking about her old life as Queen. Her brows furrowed and she frowned. She not only had been betrayed by her most trusted ally but her lover too, she smirked evilly as she thought about what exactly she would do to them once she found them. She slowly drifted of to sleep, her mind swirling with the many t*****e tactics she would use on them but first she had to gain entrance to her kingdom to enter it.

She groaned as she slowly opened her eyes, the sun blinding her eyes, she raised her hands to block it's golden rays. She shuffled out if bed and took a quick shower. She wore lacy blue underwear and b*a which she saw in a catalogue. She clicked her fingers and she was now wearing white cotton shorts with a gold button, a baby blue shirt and a white blazer with gold buttons and white sneakers. She had on light make up and her hair made into two french braids that fell into loose strands when they reach her shoulder. She looked stunning. She exited the room and went down the stairs. She felt her stomach rumble and regretted not eating those spirits. After passing a werewolf girl she entered the kitchen. Amelia was making two omelettes as she sat down on the chair at the island, the kitchen was empty, save for the two of them " Hey, girl damn, you clean up pretty good " she said checking her out.

" Thank you, you don't look too bad yourself " she smiled.

" Please I'm wearing my ' binge watching series on a Saturday night cause I have nothing better to do and eating ice cream ' sweats and my ' couldn't find any clean shirt, nearly dirty ' shirt " Amelia chuckled. She smiled at her and they talked about school and their lives before this. " I was a slave for a perverted merchant, when I was turned I killed him and took his money and treasures " she shrugged. " You? "

" I was a Queen, but I was betrayed by my lover and best friend, my General " she said without emotion.

" I'm sorry "

" Eh, it was only for the s*x " she shrugged. Amelia nodded and looked at her new friend. " Wait, both of them " she exclaimed and Evangeline only nodded.

They talked and talked about anything and everything, Amelia felt a strong connection to Evangeline and Evangeline felt a strong need to kill her. She was not used to talking so much and smiling. She wanted to kill Amelia, not only because of her bloodlust but because she was hungry, Evangeline tended to get murderous when hungry. Amelia laughed and smiled and talked while she killed her in her mind countless times. Amelie soon left as she was called over.

A young woman walked over while Evangeline was crouched down, clutching her stomach. The woman walked over to her bent down to her level. " Are you okay, should I call the nurse " the young woman asked concerned. Evangeline laughed evilly as she stood up along with the woman, she pulled the woman close and hungrily kissed her. The woman was startled but kissed her back, opening her mouth, giving her full access. Unbeknownst to the woman, Evangeline was sucking her soul, the woman's breathing slowed as Evangeline pulled her closer. Minutes later Evangeline let go, the woman's limp body fell to the floor, she wasn't dead, no, you could still here her heartbeat and her shallow breaths. She walked out of the kitchen leaving the woman on the floor as she got near to death. You could hear an earth shattering scream as Evangeline walked up the stairs. Evangeline just smirked at their terror and went to her room.
