Wilfred and Denzil grew up together, at least when Denzil was home from his schooling. Wilfred received no education of any sort as he was a little backward when it came to learning anything.
Denzil Worthington had finally learned one thing about Robin Stoneman from his mother. He had taken her in and provided shelter when she needed it most, before she inherited her father's home and land. He pretended to love her, but she was suspicious of his intent.
