Phoenix gestured her the chair in front if his table. Hindi naman siya nag-aksaya ng oras at kaagad na umupo roon.
"Do you want anything?" tanong pa ni Phoenix nang makaupo ito.
She shook her head on his question. She's not here for a meeting like what he thought. This is not some sort of a meeting when they can do sweet talk? Hell no.
As much as possible, gusto niyang matapos nang mas maaga ang pag-uusap nilang dalawa.
Gusto sana niya iyong sabihin sa 'asawa' niya pero hindi naman niya mahagilap ang mga salita at walang lumalabas sa kaniyang bibig.
"Okay." He sat properly on his swivel chair as he looked at her intently.
"There is a huge project in Cebu. Mr. Chiu owned of the biggest realty company in China and now, he's planning to expand his business here in the Philippines."
