Chapter 15: Girls’ Day
“Sakura-chan!” Hina bounced over to her desk after class let out. “Guess what? Genji-san asked me to be his date to the ball!”
“The boy who sits behind you?” From the way he watched Hina, with moon eyes, Sakura had started to suspect he was crushing on her. From the way Hina was smiling, Sakura guessed it wasn’t as one-sided as it might have seemed.
“Yep, that’s him. I was starting to think he’d never make a move!”
“Well, I’m happy for both of you.”
“Thanks. So, Akari and I are going shopping this afternoon. I have to get a new dress to wear for something so important as a first date! Want to come with us?”
