Vampire and Wolf Kings For Mate

Chapter 3

It was like how they had described or how I had listened to my fellow pack members who had found their mates. It was magical. The minute our eyes met, it was like a pull that was more strong than gravity. It was like two unlike poles in a magnet and two faces of a coin that was kept apart for a long time. 

I could see my wolf trying to take control. She so much wanted to come out and claim our mate then and there. I was wolf-less for so long and suddenly there was someone else with me in my subconscious. It was like a new feeling for me. Without me knowing, I was in a staring contest with him. 

“Who are you?”, he asked me. 

“Oh, she is no one important. Don’t be bothered by such lowlives. Come in alpha”, said Luna Michelle. 

Something in me snapped and I looked at her with so much hatred. 

“Who are you calling as no one important?” Before I could take the right action against her, I heard him say. 

“What are you saying alpha?”, my Luna was shocked by his response. 

“How dare you call my mate an unimportant person?”, he roared at her and she took a few steps back. 

“Mate? What do you mean by mate? How can this lowlife be an important person in your life? You are an alpha for Moon Goddess’ sake. Don't get associated with such low-lives and taint your reputation alpha”, Luna started spitting nonsense. 

That is it. Before me knowing what was happening, something started paining like he*ll in me. Everything was so blank and I was not at all understanding about what exactly was happening. Before I can comprehend the situation, everything stopped, like stopped. I could hear the number of breathing hearts in the kitchen, the gulps that Luna was taking after looking at me, heavy breathing of alpha Robin and everything else. I looked down and saw something shocking. 

There stood a furry paw where once was my feet. It was golden colored. I felt like everything around me was moving in a very slow motion. I could see and even hear every drop of sweat that was dropping from Luna’s forehead and flowing towards her cheeks. That was when I realized I had already shapeshifted. 

I looked at alpha and he was looking at me with so much adoration. I could hear hoots and yayys from his pack members. 

“Finally, we found our Luna”, said one of their members. 

“Now we can escape from the brooding alpha all the time, because of not finding his mate”, the other one said. 

Without me knowing, I was shaking my tail and my ears had fallen like indicating that I am so happy right now. I was blushing and luckily it was not displayed on my wolf’s face. I ran from there inside the kitchen and saw Sarah running behind me. We made our way towards our closet and I shapeshifted. I now wore denim trousers and a tee. I tied my hair into a messy bun and put on my sneakers. 

I now slowly made my way towards the living area of the pack. I heard my pack members greeting our guests. I could see that the female pack members of both the packs were eyeing the other pack members like they were a piece of meat. 

“Look at that alpha. My oh my. I would give anything to get under that handsomeness”, said Joyce. 

Without me knowing, I was growling. I heard a gasp and saw her turn towards me. 

“Oh the bi*tch wants a piece of the alpha too I guess. You pathetic lowlife, why the he*ll have you come out of the kitchen, when Luna has strictly ordered to you piece of shits to never leave the kitchen till the red Moon pack leaves from our territory. Be gone you loser”, she said to me. 

I just stood there staring at her. I guess it agitated her that I was not listening to her orders. 

“Leave from here or you will bear the consequences, you sl*ut. Do you want me to get Luna here and make her show you your place?”, she had a smirk on her face. 

I still didn’t budge. 

“That is it. Come on girls. Looks like we should show some pathetic reason for existence, her place”, and with that she tried to hold my hair. 

I held onto her wrist before she could reach my hair and growled louder. It was surprising with what I did. She was taken aback and she fell on the floor, after stumbling for sometime. The fellow pack girls also followed her and reached her to make sure whether she was okay. 

“You bi*tch, how dare you threaten your pack members? Being a mere omega, you have some death wish to threaten us and even manhandle us. I guess it is time that we show you your place”, and with that they started coming towards me growling. I could see their eyes turning to the respective colors of their wolves. 

I was all ready to take them all, when they planned to attack me. Without me knowing, I had taken the battle stance. My wolf was with me and was baring her teeth at them. Just when Bella, one of the who*res in the pack tried to attack me, we heard a growl loud enough to make any wolf into submission. 

I felt a hand sneaking around my waist and someone inhaling my hair. 

“You alright, my love?” I heard someone whisper into my ear from behind, which sent a shiver down my spine. The hair on my back stood up and I knew who it was without any need to turn around. 

“Y-ye--yes”, was my reply. God, he makes me feel so nervous. 

I could see everyone looking at us like something that they cannot believe. I could see their eyes popping out of their sockets, if the eyes bulged any further. I smirked at them and turned around to face my mate. 

“Nothing that I can’t handle”, I said and looked into his eyes. Those brown eyes were looking at me like I am some kind of an angel on earth. So much admiration, and I am not used to it though. 

I turned around and looked at my attackers once again. I saw Alpha Victor making his way towards us. 

“So, if everything is finalized, I will be taking my leave”, I heard Alpha Robin say to Alpha Victor in a boring tone. "Also Alpha, if I see any of your pack members try to even touch a hair strand of my mate, then the deal is off and you will bear the consequences", he said it like a regular talk between two people.

“Y-yes. Absolutely, everything is in order Alpha Robin. You can enjoy your stay and have a view around our grounds, when you feel like it. Yes, I will give an order to everyone to not bother Selene in any way”, I heard Alpha Victor reply with a fake smile. 

“No, not needed. Now is the time to get to know my mate. Touring around the grounds can wait”, and with that Alpha Robin swept me off the floor and took me bridal style and left the place. 

I could feel my heart beating like it would definitely fall off of my chest anytime now. I could feel his heartbeats as well. Before his heartbeats, I accidentally felt his rock hard abs that were hidden behind his tshirt. I was definitely sure that they would make me melt in my place, when I get to see them. I felt wetness in my private area and heard Alpha growl with frustration. 

“Angel, if you push me so much, then nothing is stopping me from taking you in all possible ways, here and now. Can you please control, because your smell of arousal is making me lose my mind”, he said to me and I giggled. 

We made our way towards the room that was allotted for the accommodation of Alpha Robin. We went inside and he placed me gently on the bed. Touching the surface of the mattress made me jump with shock, because I was definitely not used to sitting on or even touching so much fluffiness of the mattress. 

My reaction made Robin look with surprise. 

“What happened, my love?” he asked me. 

“Al-alpha Robin. I . .  I am not used to touching so much soft surface anytime in my life. It felt weird”, I said to him and he looked at me like I had two heads. 

“What the he*ll? What are you saying? You are telling me that you have never slept on a bed or even sat on a cushion?" He asked me as if it was something unnatural. 

“Yes, alpha”, I said and started staring at my feet. 

He walked closer to me and sat on the bed and pulled me also to sit next to him. “Okay, let me make some things clear to you angel. Firstly, it is Robin. I don’t like you addressing me with my Alpha rank. You are my mate and my equal in my life. Secondly, I have to change many things in your lifestyle, starting from making you sit and even sleep on a mattress, which is of best standard”, he said to me by looking straight into my eyes. 

I couldn’t look him in his eyes, because I was blushing so much. I was a confident girl and I don’t know where that confidence went. I looked down and nodded my head as a way of agreeing to everything he said.
