Chapter 4

“Now angel. Tell me everything about you. I have quite an overview on your life here, based on how you were treated by your Luna and your fellow pack members. I want to know everything about you. So, tell me angel, who are you?”, he asked me. 

Who am I? Do I know who I am? Where did I come from? What is my story? When I think about it, all I get is blurry visions and major headaches that will normally knock me out, till any of my friends come and wake me up. Sometimes I have blacked out for hours and have woken up after someone realized that I am missing. 

So, now to answer Robin’s question, I have to think harder. All I can think about is the time when Alpha and Luna found me on the streets. They brought me to this place and I have been on 20/7 work since then. What is my story? Who am I? I really have no idea. 

“Al. . . Ro. . . Robin. I, , , I don't know anything about me, except for the fa- fact that I was picked up on the streets along with some other kids and have been brought to this pack. I don’t even remember my age. All I knew before and know now is that I need to complete the work as early and as systematically as possible, or I won’t get to eat the little food that we share down in the kitchen that day. Me and the other 49 omegas down there share anything that is left behind after the dinner by the pack members”, I said to him. 

He didn’t say a thing, and sat before me closing his eyes. I could see his fist clenching and un-clenching and could even see his nails protruding and his palm soaked with his blood, because of the piercing from the nails. I understood that his wolf was trying very hard to take control. I started breathing heavily and tried to move away from him, but he held onto my wrist with his other hand. 

“You are a malnutritioned and pale looking girl. Now I know why. You lived on the crumbs that were given to you. No wonder your wolf is so weak and fragile. My wolf is trying very hard to connect to your wolf and the connection is not getting through, because your wolf is very weak. If it was up to me, then I would get rid of the whole pack and take you with me. But, I need to restrain myself as I am not here to wage war between the packs”, he said, gritting his teeth and holding onto my wrist. 

“Tell me princess, what would you like to have for lunch? I will make that pathetic Alpha and his bi*tch Luna to prepare you food and also to be at your service 24/7, till we stay here. Just say the words and I will take care of the rest”, he said to me with a straight face and I could see the anger and frustration in his eyes. 

I gently held onto the hand that was holding my wrist. I sensed him relaxing from my touch. I really wanted the Alpha and Luna to pay for the way they behaved with me and my fellow Omega friends. But, I prefer taking the high road. So, I just gently tapped onto the knuckles of his hand and I felt him feel relaxed. 

“I know what you are feeling Robin. Before you showed up, we omegas had never been allowed to do anything else than just be the practical slaves of the pack members. Alpha and Luna gave importance to just the warriors and their mates. Everyone falling below the warrior rank were just nothing but slaves. We have gotten used to this. However, I wish to end this procedure and would wish to make everyone equal in any pack. I have suffered enough these years and I really wish that the young omegas will have a bright future and away from such pathetic life", I said. 

I could see a sense of relaxation on his face and even saw his lips curve at the ends. I was just staring at him and I saw him closing his eyes and taking some deep breaths. 

“You will become a wonderful Luna. My Luna, my mate, my one and only and my everything”, he said to me and buried his face in the crook of my neck and inhaled deeply. I felt a sense of shiver run down my spine, when his nose tip touched my sensitive spot. I shuddered to his touch and could feel his grip getting tight around my waist. 

“You know beautiful, I have been waiting for you for so long. I have searched far and wide for my mate and have never found her because you were here hidden away in the basement. I was getting so frustrated that I started feeling down thinking that the Moon Goddess did not go through the trouble of making a soulmate for me”, he said to me and I could clearly sense the sadness in his voice. 

Without me knowing, my hands snaked around his neck and started caressing his scalp and neck. I could feel him getting relaxed and even his breath getting even on my neck. He gently brought his head back from the crook of my neck and looked at me. I was just staring at him and I could see so many emotions in those brown orbs. 

I saw his eyes become a grey glaze and understood that he was mind linking with someone. I just sat there running my hands up and down his arms. The more I touched those arms, the more I wanted to explore what was underneath the cloth. 

I felt shy because of my thoughts and started blushing. I felt something soft pressing against my cheeks and saw that Robin was kissing my cheek. 

“I love it when your cheeks get pink because of some sexy thoughts. Tell me Selena, what were you thinking? I want to know everything about you, what makes you blush, what makes you happy, what makes you sad, how were you so far, what you did, what you do from now on, everything. You are mine Selena and I will never let anything happen to you from today onward”, he said to me and I felt a weird sensation in my heart. 

I just sat there and stared at those orbs that were looking at me with so much love and adoration. Without me knowing, my hands left his neck and went and cupped his chin. I don’t know what happened to me because the next thing I know is that I am kissing him. I gently started caressing his lips, when I felt him freeze for some seconds. 

He then relaxed and got in sync with me. I could feel thousands of butterflies fluttering constantly in my stomach and it was something new for me. I could feel his soft lips asking permission to enter my mouth and I gladly allowed him to explore my mouth with his sensuous lips. 

I don't know how many seconds or minutes passed because we let go of each other’s lips only when we felt like it was very much necessary that we take a few breaths. My eyes were still closed and I was reminiscing the moments that passed between us and felt his forehead against mine. His hands were holding my cheeks and I could feel him taking a few breaths before speaking. 

“Where were you for so long, my life? I am not at all letting you go anywhere from today onward. Pack your bags because you are leaving with me as my Luna to my pack when we leave from here”, and with that he hugged me gently. 

I responded to his hug and held onto his neck very dearly. We stayed there for sometime and I felt Robin letting me go. He gently placed me on the mattress and got up. 

“I need to attend a meeting with the Alpha of your pack. My first-in-command is shouting in the mind link from that time. Let me just get the business work done. Wait for me here my love. I will come and join you as early as possible”, he said to me by kneeling down before me and holding both my hands in his. 

I leaned forward and gave him a quick kiss before nodding my head in approval to what he said. He responded to my kiss and let me go. He got up and went towards the door, and gave me a flirty wink before closing the door behind him.
