Chapter 6: Busan sweet Busan

Jung was pacing about, worried.
Where is she? Where is she? Where is she?
"What's wrong with you, dude?", Man Bok asked, and just got ignored.
" If you are worried about the twins, they said they're on their way with that Hwa Sung chic".
That seemed to do the trick because Jung came to a halt. He checked his watch. It read, 6:55am. He was still worried.
"Time to go, kids", Mr. Oh Jimin hollered.
" Seems like they aren't coming after all". He scanned the area one more time. There was no sign of them anywhere. He was about to step into the bus when...
" I swear I'll kill you if we're late". Jung smiled in relief and went in. He thought he would have to stall for them.
" Sorry for coming late", she apologized to everyone as she ran up to the bus. " It's alright. Come in ". She stepped in after glaring at the grinning twins and looked around. Jung gave her a grin and motioned her to sit next to him. She nodded and joined him.
" Annyeonghaseyo(1)", she spoke in a low tone. " An!(2)". That little 'An!' was just enough to get her feeling flustered and giddy.
She shook it off as nothing, plugged her earphones and relaxed.
Jung watched her, thinking to himself,
What could this beautiful sleeping angel be hiding?
He watched her face until he himself fell into deep sleep.

" Wake up, Baek Il Jung-sshi".
" Five more minutes, eomma(3)", he responded, not even stirring.
" I'm pretty sure the last time I checked, I didn't give birth to you".
Jung practically jumped. Hwa Sung, Man Bok and the twins laughed.
" We've arrived. Kaja(4)". Il Jung got his luggage and stepped down. He noticed that Hwa Sung didn't carry as much load as the other girls. She literally had only one bag.
"Here, let me help you", he offered.
" Aniyo(5)", she declined as politely as she could, but Il Jung wouldn't have it.
" No, I want to, let me".
" Kamsamnida(6)", she said as she handed it to him and smiled. Jung's heart melted. She turned to see Nam Young glaring at her but she, being her usual frustrating self, just smirked, smug. They entered this large luxurious hotel. When they entered, they found the teacher arguing with the receptionist.
" What's going on here?", Hwa Sung asked.
"Sorry kids, but they said they booked two of our rooms out because we arrived a bit late. I'm really sorry".
" That's no problem. Select four boys to stay in your room with you....", the teacher interrupted Hwa Sung, " but the teacher is supposed to have a room to himself ".
" And how would you like to explain this to the school management ' I'm too incompetent that I can't even handle booking of rooms properly'? Nah, I don't think so. As I was saying, you could share three girls among three other rooms with only girls. If the girls don't mind ".
" What about the remaining one?", Jung asked.
" Don't worry, I have a place to stay for our stay. Just text me to keep me updated on any new development. Bye", and with that she took her bag and left, leaving the teacher slack jawed.
" Alright class", he said, quickly recovering, " This is the how you will be partnered................... ".

" Finally!", Jung and Talahai plopped on the queen-sized bed, exhausted. They had just unpacked their clothes. They heard a bell chime.
" Looks like it's dinner time. I'm hungry", Man Bok said.
" You're always hungry, but I'm with you on this one", Taehyung said.
( After Dinner)
" Can't Nam Young quit it? I'll never like her?".
"Ugh, she's so annoying. How can you stand her? ".
" I can't ".
" She only makes herself look pathetic ".
The guys were complaining. Dinner went horribly wrong. Nam Young sat next to Il Jung and tried to flirt with him, but Il Jung couldn't take it. He snapped, owing to the fact that he feels disgusted with Nam Young and that the only thing on his mind was Hwa Sung. He was sent upstairs and the guys, being the faithful friends they are, followed. He kind of felt guilty because it seemed Taehyung and So-ra were hitting it off at dinner. He'll find a way to make it up to them.
" Let's just go to sleep, alright? ". Jung removed the bracelet, looked at it and placed it back in his pocket. He closed his eyes and fell into deep sleep.
