Today was the last football match before the Christmas break and, alas, it was my last day as the cheerleading captain before I would have to hand over my head band and pom-Pom to the person Mr and Mrs Dale choose. I smiled up at the spectators, standing at the side with everyone else. There was a dull ache in my wrist that had probably started from me sleeping wrong or something but I knew nothing good could come out of it, so I stayed clear of any huge lifts or anything. As the match was nearing its end, there was only time for the final pyramid- the one where I was right on top.
