*MAXINE’s POV*
Everyone left the princess’s room already except for me, the empress said I could still stay here at the palace as long as I’m still living inside the princess’s body.
“Maxine, ” the princess called me so I looked up to her and smiled.
“Yes, your highness?” I asked.
“I guess everything is settled now and we had successfully completed the mission that the Goddess gave us, right?” Princess Zarah asked and I nodded at her.
“Yes, I guess, though we are still unable to make this world anew, I know you have a plan and I trust you so I’m sure it will turn out good, ” I said to her and she smiled at me.
“Thank you, ” she said.
“You’re welcome, ” I replied, my eyes starting to close automatically.
