‘Alpha when is Slave going to fix dinner.’ Yasmine links me later in the day.

‘She isn’t.’ I reply. ‘As I said earlier if you are hungry fix yourself something.’

‘But that is its job.’ I look at Luna sleeping on my bed. I get up and head downstairs.

‘Pack meeting in the tv room.’ I link everyone. ‘Luna you stay in our room. Go back to sleep, and rest.’ I link her. Once everyone is there I look around and see Yasmine. “I am only telling everyone this once. Her name is Luna not slave, and she isn’t responsible for your meals. Any questions?”

“Yeah, where is she?” One of Yasmine’s friends ask.

“She is sleeping. Now unless anyone else has any questions I will be heading back to my room to sleep with my mate.” I say to everyone.

“You have your mate?” Yasmine asks. “Did she come back with you?”

“No Luna is my mate.” I say.

“Who?”

I shake my head. “Luna is my mate.” I say again. “Jax, walk with me please.” I say to my Beta. We get away from the others. “Do you know who she is?”

“No sir.”

“She is daughter of George and Cindy Rose.” I say watching his face.

“She was left behind when they disappeared eleven years ago. Right before the attack that killed your parents. How can you accept her, we all suspect her parents traded information with the rogues that attacked us.”

“Eleven years ago she was only six. What her parents did has nothing to do with her. I want you to check around and see if you can find any information on them please.” I say to him.

“Yes Alpha. Is that all?”

“Yes,” I say as we get outside my door. “Also can you see that we get some food up here.”

“Yeah, what and how much?”

“Whatever is fixed and enough for two.” I say then I open my door and go inside. I see her where I left her, still sound asleep. I go in and take a shower. I am get out of the shower when I hear my door open. “Just leave it on the dresser and go.” I say out the door.

“You are his Luna?” I hear Yasmine say. I hurry up and slide on a pair of sweats. “Over my dead body.” She says as I step out of the bathroom. I watch her walk over beside my bed.

“That can be arranged.” I say making her turn and look at me. “Get out of my room. Now.” Alexander tells her taking over. She looks at my eyes and runs out. Alexander walks us to the bed and we look at Luna making sure she is okay. I look at the food sitting on my dresser and then wake Luna up. “Let’s go eat.” I say to her. She looks over at the food and back at me. “I don’t trust it,” I say. ‘Send someone else after the food. Do not allow Yasmine near Luna.’ I link Jax.

‘I sent your food with an omega, not Yasmine.’ He replies. ‘Hold on a minute there she is.’

‘Where are you two?’

‘Hallway between kitchen and dining room.’

‘We are on our way down.’ I say to him. “We have to stop and talk to someone on the way.” I tell her. We get down to Jax and I see the omega shaking in fear. “Beta sent the food with you how did Yasmine get it?” I ask her.

“She ordered me to give it to her. Sorry Alpha.”

“Do not listen to any orders from her anymore.” I tell her.

“Lu, are you his Luna?” She asks my mate.

“Yes.” She replies.

“We need to go eat.” I say to everyone. “Luna do you trust this girl?”

“Yes she is the only one who was ever nice to me.”

“Very well,” I look at the omega. “You will be the Luna’s personal servant.” I tell her then start walking. Luna catches up with me and grabs my hand.

“Thank you.” She says as I enjoy the sparks running up my arm from my hand.

“We need someone you can trust.” I say as we enter the dining room. I grab me a plate and Luna one as well. I go to hand hers to her but she won’t take it.

“Alpha Lu has been banned from eating with everybody.” The omega girl says.

“By who?” I demand.

“Yasmine and the fighters.”

“I outrank them. Take the plate Luna and get food.” I tell her, she does as I say. She is behind me in line. I hear a plate hit the floor.

“Who told you, you can eat in here?” I hear a man say. I turn and look. I see Luna standing there with her head lowered. “I’m wait…”

I reach out and grab his throat. “I did.” I snarl at him. He tries to pry my fingers off his throat, just causing me to tighten my grip. “Luna is my mate, you will show her proper respect. Got it.” Alexander takes over at the end. “The next person that messes with my mate deals with me not Gabriel.” He adds, pushing his Alpha aura out. Causing everyone to fall to their knees, except Luna and Jax.
