''A-Ana'' he holds his left cheek with both hands ''you slapped me?''

''yes I did, I can't believe she used to like someone as low as you'' he was dumbfounded '' why, say something, keep saying all the horrible things she did for you, that it was so bad that you cheated on her with our best friend''

''well-well I just hated the fact that she was doing all that because she wanted sympathy ''

''What!'' she exclaimed, I see kelly walking in, she pauses when she sees Anna and Alex

''well kelly told me the reason why she was dating me was because she wanted to become someone, and since I was popular and have money''

I couldn't believe what I was hearing '' so you left her because you thought she was after money and fame, tell me since you guys dated when has she ever asked for a penny, and from my memory, I remember her giving you her hard-earned pay just so you can get that new designers jacket you wanted badly, she worked so hard that I even got so angry with her, she couldn't get nice things for herself but she could do that for you, and every valentines day she got you all these nice things that she couldn't even afford, and yet all you got her was some cheap rose and a poem you copied from the internet, and she cherished and loved it with all her heart''

I began to cry, hearing Ana stand up from me like that, hearing all the things she's saying, I couldn't hold back the tears 

''she loved you, she waited for you, and this is how you repay her for everything, you disgust, you should know that you lost something very precious, even Kelly isn't as pretty, kind-hearted, and cool as victoria-'' kelly jumps in

'' Don't listen to her Alex, she's just standing up for her pathetic friend''

''oh really Kelly, is she really the pathetic one, we were both there when something happened''

Kelly remains silent ''Whose that'' she said referring to me 

''Well that's my cousins-'' before she could even start, kelly grabs me and removes the cap and dark shades

''Victoria!?'' Alex exclaimed, I was about running away when Anna grabs my hands

''Well, isn't this just embarrassing for you Tori, look at that she's been crying, wanna run away? '' Kelly begins to laugh

I look at Anna, she looks back at me

Steve stands up and looks at his watch '' well as much as that has been entertaining, we must be on our way now your highness''

''Your highness!?'' Alex exclaimed ''this is a joke right?''

Anna response in a sass tone '' oh, haven't you seen the news? victoria happens to be the lost princess, so if I were you, I better play nice'' she flips her hair as we turn around to leave

___________  we were walking down the hallway, with two guards by our side, there was an awkward silence at first '' why are your friends mean to you?'' steve broke the silence 

''Trust me if I knew the answer it would be easier'' Anna jumps in

''Kelly just felt intimidated by her cause victoria is pretty, just wish she has better taste in guys'' I hit her at her back ''ouch!'' she whines 

''first off Kelly's way prettier than me, and second I got good taste, like that guy from my dream'' Anna rolls her eyes

''dream?'' steve asked in a confused tone

''Victoria has been dreaming about a particular guy for over a decade ''

''really?''

''yes I haven't really seen his face, but he's always in my dream, we started as buddies then soon, lovers?''

''lovers?''

Anna whispers to steve '' shes been having wet dreams'' I hit her again, steve chuckles at first I glare at him and he hides it with a cough

''Sometimes I feel like is the universe trying to tell me something, who knows maybe am destined to meet this guy or something''

''yes and make babies with him too'' I just roll my eyes at her. we reached my mum's room

''well I better go check on my mum'' Anna gives me a hug 

''I'll be going now, text me if those jerks approach you again okay?'' I nod yes, we separate from the hug "and could you at least change" I glare at her

she turns to leave, Steve and I enter the room, I see my mum with a bright face watching T.V 

''mum. you okay now?'' she smiles at me

''Yes I am, the doctor says am making quick recoveries, by tomorrow I can go home''

''about that mum, you would be coming with me to live at the palace''

''What!'' she yells

''Yeah, the king says you can come to stay with me, for security purpose and all that, the most important thing is we would be together''

my mum's facial expression changes ''No, I can't do that, what are you talking about victoria, I was never told anything about this''

''i-i thought you would be happy?''

she lets out a sigh ''Victoria i-'' I jump in

''no I get it, you are done with me right, you've taken me back to my real family so we should just go separate ways'' 

'' Victoria listen to me I didn't mean it that''

I just slam the door at her and left

''Victoria wait!'' I heard steve's voice, I stop walking so he can catch up to me ''what is it?''

''look, young lady, I know why you're angry, but she just came out from surgery just give her a break, let her think about it and sure she'll change her mind''

I let out a sigh, his right I overreacted, am just scared going on my own '' you're right I'll go apologies to her'' I walk around for a while to calm myself down before going back

___________ '' mum?'' she was already fast asleep, I cover her properly with her blanket and kissed her on her forehead, I take a seat next to her bed and rest my head

''may we take our sit'' I see a very romantic dinner set, we sit opposite from each other

''so hows your mum?''

 ''uhmm shes okay'' okay victoria, focus right now you're dreaming, just ask him who he is

'' yes-yes, uhmm funny question like we've known each other for a long time now right?''

I laugh awkwardly ''that isn't really a-'' before I could finish, a Really bright light shines on my face 

I wake up, but am not in the hospital anymore, am I still dreaming?.
