Outside
I have been a perfect girl as far as I could remember. Never got my parents disappointed and I always ace everything I do. I know everything once I see it for the first time, I'll immediately do well at it. Call me a know it all, but I don't know everything. I may look perfect to some and it can seem irritating to some of you but at least you remember who you are. For the last 16 years, I've never had a single memory, from when I was a kid or when I was in elementary or even a single birthday or anything. Literally nothing, just the moments that happened 3 months ago and other than that, it's completely blank I've tried asking my parents about it but they answer the same thing  "You're just really forgetful honey" They repeat over and over again. I guess they're right and I trust them, I don't question them any farther than that 'cause everything's perfect. Although there are times that I wonder if they are telling the truth. Like the time they said that I shouldn't have friends because it's never good for anyone to have a friend 'cause they'll all lead you to things illegally and they're all bad influences so I followed them. They don't let me watch tv 'cause everything there is bad and it'll only brainwash my mind so again, I followed them. They told me not to go outside unless I was with them because everyone will hurt me in every way they could. So since I didn't want that to happen, I always stayed at home. They also don't let me listen to music because they said my ears will fall off listening to too much music and I don't wanna lose them so I followed what they said.  I followed every rule. That's why I never question them anymore because they're my parents and they know everything that'll be good for me. - First day of school - I was scared of going outside for the first time without them and there are a lot of people here! I looked at the place once more until I immediately turned back to my mom and hugged her tight. "Mom, Dad... please take me home, I don't like it here, there are a lot of people!" I wrapped my arms around her and my whole body was trembling and tears started to form in my eyes. She pushed me right away and held my chin as she spoke to me and leaned forward close to my face. "What did we talk about honey, no crying nor hugging outside of the house. It's absolutely humiliating to both of us" She replied while she glared at me. Before I left she grabbed my shoulder then spoke once more "Remember, when you don't finish school, you'll never get anywhere in life" She added I simply nodded and wiped my tears away and put on a smile. I waved goodbye to both of them as I went inside the school. I got into the classroom and I had no choice but to choose the front seat 'cause the front row is the only one vacant. I put my bag down slowly trying not to be the center of attention but I couldn't help it, Everyone was staring at me and I was the last one standing in the room aside from our teacher who all seemed to be shocked to see me. So I immediately sat down but everyone was still looking at me. I just smiled at them. Our teacher stammered a little and I think it was because of my presence. "C-class... meet y-your new classmate Ms. A-Alheta Samena!" My teacher announced as I see her sinking as I got near to the front to introduce myself. I eventually got at the front although aside from my name, age and birthday, I have nothing to say. I just went with the things I knew so far. "I'm Aletha Samenam, I'm 16 years old and I was born on December 12, 2004" I introduced myself to them and finished off with a smile. "Any hobbies or memories you enjoyed?" My teacher asked. "I don't have any particular hobby and since I'm very forgetful, I couldn't really remember much" I replied. They all looked at me shocked and surprised and it seems like they knew me but it couldn't be possible because this is the first time I've ever been to school. Since I was done, I went straight to my chair and sat there while they continue to look at me and most of them look at me with confusion but I didn't mind it and tried getting every information I need to eventually graduate from high school. - recess - I stayed in our classroom and ate my food. But while I was eating there alone and peacefully, I see some students spying on me. I just turn my chair so I wouldn't have to see them nor feel their presence. I thought I could avoid them but I was wrong for once. One of them came in and it was a boy. I immediately packed my things and put them in my bag as I moved away from him until I eventually left the classroom. *bell ringing* I went back in and tried to avoid the boy that was following me earlier. Everyone got in and we continued our introduction to the lessons and teacher but all of the teachers said I was familiar and some said they knew me. I just thought to myself that they were just lying 'cause my parents have never introduced any of them to me and I trust my parents, They've never lied to me not once. The whole day went like that and I was fine with it as long as they stay away from me. Before I knew it, school was already over. My parents didn't come to pick me up 'cause they said I had to learn to get home from school.  I walked myself home hoping to get there without any problems standing in my way but when I thought I was home free, the boy I saw sneaking up on me earlier at recess time was here and he was following me. He was going where I went, every turn I went, he followed. It went like that for 5 minutes then I decided to make my pace faster until I started running. He did the same! He finally shouted my name. "Wait! ALETHA! I KNOW YOU!" He shouted.  I didn't bother looking behind me and continued to run as fast as I can until I arrived at home and he eventually disappeared.
