Chapter 5

Cholena POV

I woke up at 4am this morning to start my morning training routine. I took my shower, brushed my teeth, and Calian had a couple of omegas to lend me some workout clothes and regular clothes for later, pulled my hair back in a ponytail and I was ready to go. As I was walking out of my room, I saw Calian walk out of his room at the same time. We look at each other with such lust and desire in our eyes I need to reel it in because if we keep this up, I’m going to lose my virginity right on this hallway floor.

“Good morning Calian, I see you’re up for morning training as well” I said with a small smirk.

“Oh, I’m Chief I can’t be slacking or the weak one of the packs and my warriors use all their time and energy protecting me” He responded with a hint of sarcasm.

I had no comeback for that, so I just shook my head and gave a small smile and just grabbed his arm while we were making our way to the training grounds. As we are stepping into the training grounds, I saw Snowdrop was here which I’m not surprise because even though she is a slut she looks like a capable warrior for the most part. When she spotted me, she gave a stare that could kill any weak will she-wolf but this she-wolf right here. So, all it does is make me want to show the power level difference between me and her which would put her in her place. I don’t tolerate disrespect and from what I witnessed from last night’s dinner with the pack neither does my mate, which I love.

“Alright everyone we are going to start off with a 10-mile run in human form and 10 miles in our wolf.” Everyone nodded in agreement. Then he followed that statement with, “Afterward we will be sparring with each other than call it a day” the trainer of the pack ended.

Once we finished our run, we all were paired up when the trainer decided to pair me with snowdrop. Well, isn’t that just peachy, I am not in the mood for her right now but then this is a good thing because I must nip this b***h in the bud.

Calian POV

When David the trainer of the pack paired my mate Cholena and Snowdrop to spar together, I was just like wow really. But I had full confidence in my love because I know how strong she is. If she could take on 3 rogues at once and we were only 10 years old, I can only imagine how strong she is now.

Snowdrop and Cholena squared off with Snowdrop making the first move launching at her with a quick jab. Cholena dodges while delivering a blow to her ribs a right left combo. Snowdrop stumbles back grabbing her mid area where my mate punched her.

“Lucky shot, just watch me grind your ass I bet then Calian won’t want you for his mate after I show how weak you are” Snowdrop spat but Cholena just rolled her eyes for knows she is all talk. Snowdrop goes in for another attack, but she leaves her ribs wide open. I’m assuming Cholena noticed because she gave snowdrop a swift kick to the ribs, and with my wolf hearing I could hear at least two of snowdrop’s ribs cracked.

However, snowdrop lands a jab to my mate’s face, splitting her lip. After landing that hit to Cholena’s face snowdrop felt proud of that, but all hear is my brother saying, “OH s**t” and my mate turning to me with a grin on her face.

She ran slinging her leg around snowdrop’s top half and pulling her hands to the floor and launched snowdrop across the training grounds. My strong mate wasn’t done, standing quickly, she ran at snowdrop as she tries to regain her footing, Cholena brings her knee back up to her face, making snowdrop fly onto her back.

Cholena stands over snowdrop asking her “Do you submit?” Instead of answering she kicks out to try and knock my mate off her feet but fails because she jumped and landed with one foot to the floor and one to her chest with her toe pressed against snowdrop’s windpipe.

“I could end your way of living in many ways from this position. As your future Luna, I suggest you submit to me now” Cholena said. The next thing to see is snowdrop tapping out. Wow my mate is amazing I swear her strength makes me want to pin her beneath me and show her who is really in control. But we can save that for another time because if I don’t calm these thoughts down, I will be hanging hard and low for all to see and we don’t want that.

David (pack trainer) POV

Oh man our future Luna is a beast in a beautiful woman's body. I mean I know what my Chief said when he told me the story of when she saved his life. I also know what my Beta Tekoda said when they found her and had their first interaction with her but to see some of that strength being demonstrated before my eyes I'm still lost for words.

I'm not going to lie seeing Snowdrop get knocked down a peg or two has satisfied me more than food. I mean yeah, I know she is a fellow pack member and all, but she is such cocky b***h. The bad thing is she is cocky for no reason. She walks around like she owned the pack just because she was one of our best female fighters. It got so bad she tried to take over my training sessions saying that since she is mated to our Chief that she should be in charge and start making some changes.

I even asked if our Chief was Snowdrop truly his mate and of course he was pissed that she would spread such rumors. I was so happy to find out that b***h was lying which I had a feeling but again you never know. Then when Chief introduced Cholena as his mate, I was like wow so the girl our Chief kept talking about for years was real I just thought he was going crazy, but I will never doubt my Alpha ever again. So not only is our Luna beautiful, but powerful and a great fighter. Well let me not stand here admiring our Luna for too much longer I still must make sure Snowdrop is ok and goes to see our pack doctor even though I really don't want to, however she is still a part of this pack, so I got to do my Job.

Snowdrop POV

I can't believe that Calian has a mate. And it's the same b***h that so called saved him 8 years ago. Who does she think she is coming to my pack and claiming what's mine. Yeah, me and Calian never had s*x and yeah, he is still a virgin, but we have a deeper connection that transient pass s*x we are soul mates. I will show him tomorrow during training that the moon goddess made a mistake and show how much better I am than her. After the fight I can't believe I got my ass handed to me by this this no body. By this stray rogue and if the law serves my memory correctly no one that is a rogue can join our pack without not only the alpha but also by our spiritual elders. Ha-ha this b***h is done for because it just so happens my father is one of the elders if I tell him the situation, he will make sure to banish this b***h from my pack and Calian will come to me.
