Chapter 4

Cholena POV

Wow, I was not expecting to find my mate let alone Calian the little boy that I saved a long time ago. The pull is so strong and to be honest I know my mother the Moon Goddess prepared me for when I find my mate one day, but I still have no clue on what I should do or how to handle this. His scent is so intoxicating that I feel weak in the knees every time I breathe in him.

“I thought I would never see you again” Calian said as he is still holding me with his arms wrapped around my waist.

Oh, Goddess his voice makes me want to do things to him that I’ve never thought would be doing to anyone. I don’t even know how I should act right now because my interaction with a male let alone anyone is very limited.

“Stop worrying so much Cholena, he won’t reject you. He has been searching for us for years. Just be yourself and when you are ready just go ahead and jump his bones” Phoenix my wolf said.

“Phoenix! I’m not going to jump his bones, are you kidding me?” I responded.

“Oh, stop pretending, you know you want to” she retorted.

And she’s not lying I do have this sudden urge to have him devore me while I ride that tomahawk. Oh, goddess I’m such a perve, when did I start being this s****l needy pervert? I thought to myself.

“When you found your mate Cholena” my wolf chimed in.

“No one asked you” I retorted. After that I just pushed phoenix back into the deeper parts of my mind.

While I was having a full dialogue with my wolf Calian was looking at me with worry making sure nothing was wrong. So, I finally responded to his statement of never seeing me again.

“I said that we would meet again, and I am a she-wolf of my word” I smirked with a slight giggle.

“Well now that we have found each other and to top it off we are each other’s mates I want you to stay and be my Luna of the White Spirit Pack” He explained. I was taken aback because I wasn’t ready to settle down and be claimed and lead anyone. I was just trying to get use to finding my mate and now he wants me to move in with his pack and be his Luna I don’t think I’m ready for that.

“Don’t worry so much if you just tell him your feelings and concerns, I am pretty sure he will listen and honor that” My wolf tries to reassure me.

“How do you know this?” I asked

“Because his wolf Kiba reassured me for he can since our hesitations once Calian proposed that to us” my wolf responded.

“Calian I would like to take one step at a time I’m not use to being around people so can we just take it slow and then come back to this question.” I voiced out to my mate. He looked at me with understanding but a hint of worry in his eyes.

“I’m not rejecting you, it’s just that for so long it’s just been me and my mother and now just me and my wolf Phoenix, so I have to get use to this new change” I reassured him.

He looked deep into my eyes and nodded. Then gave me a hug and another kiss but with more passion and relief feeling behind his kiss. Goddess if this man keeps kissing me like this, I’m going to be in so much trouble with him.

Calian POV

Just look at my mate so beautiful, so fierce, and caring: all the qualities of a great future Luna. Just looking at Cholena got me thinking of all the things I plan on doing to her once she opens more up to me. I just want to plow my tomahawk deep inside her and have her scream my name loud for the moon goddess to blush and the magic we would create. But after what she just admitted to me, I don’t want to rush or push her no matter how excited I am. I want her to feel comfortable and natural with the change. So, for now I will go at her pace as long she just stays by my side. I will go as slow as a snail if that’s what’ll take.

After my brother cleared his throat which took me out my thoughts for us to stare at him while he smirks and says, “Why don’t we take Cholena to her room so she can rest before dinner.”

I looked at her to see what she wanted to do, and she seemed to like Tekoda’s plan, and I gave a nod, and I escorted my mate to her room next to mines. It made my wolf and I whimper for she was not in our bed with us where she belonged but again, I cannot rush her so for now having the room next to mine was good enough.

A few hours later I got dressed for dinner with the pack and left my room to go get Cholena for dinner and to my surprise she was already ready.

“What took you so long?” she asked with a smirk. All I could do was smile back and respond with, “I was making sure I looked good for you” I winked which made her blush a little.

Man seeing her blush like that makes my d**k rock hard for her.

As we arrived at the dining hall everyone at their perspective tables stood up to greet us as Chief and future Luna. Even though she voiced her doubts about being Luna you can’t tell just by looking at her. I escorted Cholena to the chair next to me on my Left while Tekoda my brother and Beta sits on my right. As the food was being served to us by the omegas of our pack a she-wolf name Snow drop slowly walked up to our side of the table almost like she was trying to be sexy. I groaned at the sight of her and before you think about it no, I haven’t f****d her. To be honest I’m still a virgin for I believe in waiting for my mate and I didn’t want those ex-problems but clearly that was not the case.

“Good evening, Chief I’ve missed seeing you around” she said as she strokes my arm in her boney fingers.

“I’ve been busy with pack business and spending time with my Mate” I spat at her.

She had a shocked look on her face but not for long. The shocked look turned in to disgust and distained as she stared at my mate.

“I thought your father made a rule about taking strays in all they do is bring down the pack and suck them dry” she spat at Cholena.

I grabbed her by the arm and forcefully turned her around and said in my alpha tone, “My father is no longer Chief, I am, and she is no stray she is my Mate and your future Luna and if disrespect her again I will have no problems detaching your head from your body. Do I make myself clear?

She nodded and apologized to Cholena and I and returned to her table where her slut friends are.

I turned to my mate, and she looked unmoved my Snow-drop’s advances and disrespect she just looked at me and smiled and that made heart sang which calmed me down enough to finish our meal.
