"Jella's POV" "Sam are the preparation for the next class ready?" She asked her assistant. "Yes ma'am." The next batch of students will start by 1:00 PM." Sam answered checking her computer. "Ok. Just ring me if there's something important came up." She said started to walk to her office. "I put the files that need to be check and signed on your table." She added before she could walk away. "Thank you Sam." She smile warmly expressing her gratitude. She enters her office and sit on her comfy chair. She began to check the files on her table. She was busy finishing her work and heard a knock on the door. Before she could even answer - her bestfriend/partner Janna enters. "Are you busy this weekend?" The first word come out her mouth not even a greeting. "What's kickin' on weekend?. I asked pretending busy on what I'm reading. "Nothing much." Shrugging her shoulder. "I just want to invite you to have dinner." "You're not busy right". cutting me off before I could even answer. "I know what your doing." Told her off to shut her. "I'm not doing anything." She said pretending to be innocent. "Is it wrong to invite my bestfriend?' She told me sounded sad to make me feel guilty. "Yes I'm busy this weekend." I answered uninterested. "Is it so important than having a dinner with your bestfriend?" She keep insisting. "Yup. Its very important." I answered still pretending busy on what I'm doing. "Hmmp.!" Fine! "I'm just gonna eat alone then." Ranting at me. "Yeah. Yeah." Waving my hands told her to get out. She rolled her eyes that glaring at me, stomping her feet walking out the door and slam it. I'm sure my assistant stunned right now. I just chuckled and shake my head. She is not a bad person. I know her so well and she knows me the same. We share secrets with each other. I first meet her when I was a freshman college student. My first impression with her was not really that bad. She is really so pretty and she is smart too. She was born with a silver spoon so she was quite a spoiled brat I guess. By chance or by fate we've been assigned to be in a group project together. That's the first time I had a conversation with her. Then we became friends instantly. We attended the same university and open up a language school together. "I'll just invite her next time." I mumbled to myself. I continue doing my stuff. I need to finish and clear my schedule for the weekend. Mike and I are gonna meet on Saturday for our 5th year anniversary. Mike is my loving, handsome and supportive boyfriend. We don't meet much often because of work. He is a very busy man -which I understand. Owning one of the biggest company is not that easy. I'm just glad he have time for our anniversary. I need to buy a new dress to wear for our anniversary. And buy some other stuff. I quickly finish my work and check the time. I grab my bag, take all the files with me and get out my office. "Is this all the files that I need to check and sign?" Asking Sam handling her the files. "Yes ma'am." She answered and take the files. "I have no schedule for the weekend right?" I asked. "Yes ma'am." She replied immediately. "And ma'am Jenna will be here." She added. "Okay. Thank you". A sigh of relief. "I'll head out first." "Drive safe." she said smiling and bow her head. I smile back and nodded. Grab my car keys walking my way out to the parking lot. And drive off to the mall. Can't wait for the weekend to come.
