Chapter 47In the blink of an eye, Tom and Paul appeared in the lab. There was immediate applause from those gathered around. Linda, Michelle and much of the staff rushed forward.
“You are back? But, you just left,” Linda said.
Shocked, Paul called out, “Where is Catherine?”
No sooner was the question out than he felt an intense pain in his right calf and looked and realized that Tom had kicked him and quite hard. Tom glared at him and shook his head.
“What did you say?” Several people asked, not hearing well over all the commotion.
“Paul! What happened to your head?” Michelle all but shouted.
At the same time, Linda was asking “Did you see him? Did you see Jesus?”
